A Secret Relationship, chapter 3
"Table for two thanks," Billie Joe said to the man at the counter of the Chinese restaurant. He wanted to take Ali out on a special dinner. It had been a while since they went on a proper date. The man took them to a table and took the seats out from under the table so that Ali and Billie could sit down. He gave them each a menu.
"This is a really posh restaurant," Ali said but liked the fact that Billie was treating her extra special.
"It's not that posh, it's just-," Billie said interrupted by the waiter.
"What drinks would you like?" the waiter asked.
"Um... ," Billie took a look at the wine selection. "How about two champagnes? It's a special occasion."
"Ok, I'll be back soon with your drinks," replied the waiter.
"It's a special occasion?" Ali asked.
"Yeah it's like our first proper date," Billie replied.
"Ok I'm fine with that," Ali said shrugging her shoulders. They stayed at the restaurant for nearly 2 hours.
"I don't think I could eat for another week!" Ali said patting her stomach.
"Me too," Billie said as he paid the bill. They ate almost one hundred dollars worth of food! They walked outside to the car. Billie gave Ali a kiss on her cheek.
"Did you enjoy yourself?" Billie asked as he unlocked the car door.
"Yes of course I did! I was with you," Ali replied and sat in the car.
It was a quiet drive home. They didn't really have much to talk about because that's what they had been doing all day, talking. As Billie parked the car outside the house, he noticed that the lights were still on.
"I wonder what's going on here," Billie wondered out aloud.
"I dunno," replied Ali and they both opened the door to find...

"Adie! Oh my God you're here!" Ali said running to her friend to give her a hug.
"Yes Ali I am here! It's so good to see you!" Adrienne replied just as happy as Ali was.
"So when did you get here, to Berkeley?" Ali asked.
"About a three hours. First I went to my apartment to put my stuff away and then I decided to come give you a surprise. I knocked on the door and Tré came downstairs with a blanket wrapped around him," replied Adie giggling a bit.
"Yep it was a good moment except that Lisea forced me to go back upstairs to put clothes on," Tré said unhappily.
"Oh ok. Well you did surprise me," Ali said. "Oh my god Adie I almost forgot, this is my boyfriend Billie Joe Armstrong."
"Pleasure to meet you," Adie said shaking his hand. Billie said the same back.
"So I better be off. I got a couple of classes tomorrow down at the university," Adie said. "We should meet for lunch tomorrow."
"Sounds great, I'll come pick you up after one of your classes," Ali said. Adie liked the sound of that and then she said her goodbyes. Not long after, she was driving down the road to her apartment.
"She is SO cool!" Tré said excitedly. "Well she's not as cool as me coz I'm 'very cool'."
"You're an idiot," Lisea said hitting Tré with a cushion.
"No fair! I declare a pillow fight!' Tré said and ran upstairs to grab pillows. When he came back, he found that everyone was hitting each other with cushions.
"AARRGGHH!!" Tré charged into the group and threw pillows at each person.
"What the fuck is going on here?" said a voice as feathers fell to the ground. It was Mike with Anastasia. They had just come back from their date.
"A pillow fight!" Tré said and threw a pillow right in Mike's face. Mike and Ana joined the group and the fight lasted a really long time. Everyone fell to the ground breathless. The floor was covered with feathers.
"We have a lot of cleaning up to do tomorrow," Ali said.
"Yeah but we'll clean it tomorrow," Billie said and picked up Ali off the ground. He took her upstairs to their bedroom. Tré and Mike did the same with their girlfriends.
"That was really fun," Billie said childishly as he took off his shirt. "It reminds me of the time me and my brothers and sisters had a pillow fight."
"Awesome," Ali said as she pulled Billie into bed and she started kissing Billie passionately. Billie stopped to go and put some protection on and then he came back. You guys can imagine the rest.
