All By Myself, All On My Own, chapter 2

I woke up the next morning Kilana was up already making breakfast James sat at the table holding a steaming cup of coffee. Jake was still fast asleep in bed. The little boy rolled over getting even more entangled in the blankets. I sat up and was greeted by a mug full of coffee by my boyfriend James. He sat down on the edge of the bed as I slowly sipped down the warm liquid. "She's up" He called to my best friend Kilana. At the noise Jake got up and immediatly got out of bed. "Well that was quick sense when does a kid your age want to get out of bed?" James said grabbing him around the waist and setting him on the bed. It was hard to drink when I had woken up only seconds before. Kilana came out of the kitchen carrying three plates of food. Eggs and toast. She handed me and James a plate and set her own on the table goimg back into the kitchen she brought out Jake's. He took the plate happily and without waiting took his fork and stabbed his egg until the yolk ran all over the plate. He then took a piece of bread and smeared the yellow goo on his plate onto the toast and took a big bite.Kilana went back into the kitchen for a quick second and came out holding 4 napikins. She put one to little Jake's face before he took another bite and wiped his mouth off then went back to eating her own breakfast. "Good to be hanging out together again."She said between bites."Yeah and think we'll soon be away from this little monster and it'll be just like before well besides the Green Day concert." James said finishing off his breakfast and taking it to the kitchen and putting it in the sink. Jake didn't hear what he said so no offending was done. "Can't wait for that." I replied also finishing and walking to the sink. Kilana finished next. Jake didn't finish at all he couldn't eat all of it so when Kilana got up she took his plate away. I layed back down and stared up at the Green Day posters I had hung on the ceiling and wall the night before. "You still obsessed with them I take it?" James said getting up. "Are you calling me a teenie?" I asked staring into Billie Joe's bright green eyes on one of my posters. "I guess if that's what you call it.""I am not a...a teenie!" I said I wanted to curse but not in front of Jake who took my drawing pad back off of the table looking through some of my drawings from before and some of his own that he had drew last night. "James come here." He said tugging on his pantleg."What?""Look what I made last night and and Kiki she helpeded me." Jake said climbing onto his bed and pointing to the picture he drew of our 'Happy Family'. "Nice job." James said picking the little boy up into his arms then dropping him onto the bed so he would bounce."So what are we doing today?" I asked getting out of bed a pulling my hair back into a ponytail. "Well didn't yesterday you said you needed one more thing for your Green Day outfit that you were making?""Yeah I did why?""Well today we can go get that one more thing. Whatever it is."James replied wrapping his arms around my waist and resting his head on my shouder. "Well there is actually two more things i need but one I can't get until the night before the concert at the autograph signings." I said pulling away from him. "Let me guess an autograph?""Something like that." I said picking some clothes out of the closet and walking into the bathroom. "I'll be about 15 minutes. You gotta get in before I take a shower?""Nope." I closed and locked the door so no little kids and you know who I mean can come in. I started to run the water and took off my PJ's. I took my shower and pulled on my jeans and a black tanktop. I tied up my black sneakers and brushed my hair. As soon as I opened the door who else but Jake ran in pushing on my legs to make me get out then slamming the door behind him. "So other than Jake are we ready to go?"

That day we spent out on the town. Signs were up everywhere about the upcoming Green Day concert. "ooo can we go see them Kiki those are the peoples on the picture and the other pictures on the walls and the what you said and it's them...""Yeah Jake it's them and no you cant"
