A few months went by and the boys finished off there new album and it was a hit they had planned a tour that would go for 6 months.
Billie was in his and Elle's bedroom packing his stuff for the tour. "Baby tell me will you be ok," said Billie as he shoved more cloths into one of his suitcase.
Elle took the screwed up clothes back out and began to fold them and placed them back in the suitcase. "Yes I'll be fine," she said.
Billie kissed her on the cheek. "I'll be home every 2 weeks or so," he said.
Elle walked into the bathroom to get his stuff. "Billie I'm ok the kids will be fine and everything else will be ok," she said trying to reassure him.
Billie was in the wardrobe getting some more clothes. "Call me every day?" he said as he popped his head around the corner.
Elle rolled her eyes at him and chuckled. "Yes ok I'll call you every day," she said in a whining tone.
Billie narrowed his eyes and looked at Elle. "Twice a day?" he said with a smile.
Elle widened her eyes and shook her head. "No I won't have the time," she said as she placed Billie's toothbrush in the bag.
Billie walked out of the wardrobe and placed some t-shirts in the bag. "Maybe we should get someone to help?" he said as he scratched his head and looked around the room.
Elle rolled her eyes and walked over to the bedside table and handed Billie is mobile phone. "No are you joking? I'm fine just quite your paranoia," she said.
Billie smiled and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "Ok ok we leave in two days but," said Billie seeing his wife roll her eyes again at him.
Elle put her arms around his neck. "Billie I know," she said as she gave him a quick kiss on the lips.
Billie gave a smile and looked into his wife's eyes. "Promise you'll call me if you need me?" he said.
Elle took a deep breath in and out again getting frustrated with Billie. "Yes I promise," she said.
"Good," he said as he kissed her on the lips.
Later on that night
Billie was putting Alex to bed.
Alex walked in from the bathroom and got into his bed "Dad," he said.
Billie walked over and sat down next to Alex on the bed. "Yeah," he said pulling the blankets up just below Alex's chin.
Alex snuggled down into the bed a placed his hands above the sheets. "Why do you have to go?" he asked.
Billie cocked his eye interested in his sons question. "'Cause it's my job," he replayed
Alex nodded and yawned for a moment. "Mum misses you when you go," he said.
Billie smiled and gave a slight chuckle. "How do you know?" he said as he got up off the bed and started to put away toys in the room.
Alex closed his eyes for a second. "She goes quiet and she isn't has happy when you're around," he said wiping his eyes and sitting up in bed.
Billie scratched his head as he picked up a skateboard and held it up to his son. "Really?" he said
Alex smiled and nodded. "Yeah she loves you a heap," he said as he watched his dad clean up the room.
Billie tripped over a toy solider and gave stated to laugh. "She loves you to and your brother and sister," he said as he got up off the floor.
Alex giggled at his dad. "I know," he said as a sad look came to his face.
Billie noticed the look on Alex's face he tried to think of something to say. "You no you're the man of the house when I'm gone you call me if you're mum isn't ok promise," he said trying to make Alex fell better.
Alex gave a little smile. "Yeah I do, hey dad can I ask you something?" he said.
Billie sat back down on the bed. "Anything," he said ruffling his son's hair.
Alex sighed. "Why there aren't any photos of me and you when I was a baby like there are of Zack and Izzy?" he asked.
Billie's widened he knew that Alex would ask that question one day. "Ah well look I'll go get your mum you wait here," said Billie as he gave Alex a kiss on the cheek and went to get Elle.
Elle and Billie came back into the bedroom, Elle sat down on the bed and Billie sat on the other side of the bed
"Ok well Alex you know how much your dad loves you right?" said Elle not knowing how to explain it.
Alex screwed up his face and looked at his mum. "Yeah," he said.
Elle leaned over and grabbed Billie's arm. "And that'll never ever change right," she said smiling.
Alex raised his eyebrows. "Yes," he said starting to get worried.
Elle took a deep breathe in and let out a small sigh. "Well dad isn't you real dad your real father lives in Australia," she said as a tear fell down her cheek.
Alex opened his mouth and looked over at Billie. "What," he said.
Billie put his arm around Alex. "Look Alex I always loved you and I always will ok and," Billie started to say but he was cut off by Alex.
Alex started to yell. "No wait you're not my dad," he said as tears swelled in his eyes.
Billie shook his head and took a look around the room quickly before facing Alex. "I am your dad I raised you Alex I did everything with you," he said trying to clam him down
Alex placed his head back against his pillow. "But you're not my blood father?" said Alex trying to hold back tears
Billie sighed and placed his hand on Alex's shoulder. "No I' not," said Billie.
Alex looked over at his mother there were tears in her eyes. "Can I meet him?" Alex asked.
Elle's eyes bulged out of her head. "No!" she yelled.
Alex screwed up his face. "Why not," said Alex not understanding why he couldn't meet his real dad.
Billie placed his hand on Elle's shoulder and kissed her on the cheek and the faced Alex. "Because he isn't a nice man he was the guy who beat your mum when she lost the baby before Izzy," said Billie.
Alex closed his eyes for a second and then opened them again. "So my real dad is a nut job?" he said.
Billie reached over and kissed Alex on the cheek. "No Alex he just can't let go of your mum, I love you," said Billie.
Alex looked at his dad and smiled. "I know that and I'm not mad I just wanted to know," said Alex who seemed content with what he had just been told.
Elle looked at Alex with an are you sure look on her face. "There is nothing you want to say at all" she said.
Alex looked over at Billie and smiled. "No Billie is my dad and you always will be," Alex said snuggling back down into the sheets
Elle and Billie lent down and gave Alex a kiss and a hug. "Good," the both said.
Elle and Billie got up off he the bed and turned off the light, they walked out of Alex's bedroom and went to bed.
The day came when Billie and the boys had to go on tour Elle and Billie said there goodbye's and Billie and the guys took off.
