I came before Adrienne..., chapter 14

"...Because you just stole my heart," Leah laughed.
"You had me going," Billie said as he grabbed her and gave her a kiss.

ONE YEAR LATER...

"Billie," Leah said in a monotone way.
"Uh. Yeah?" he replied.
"I hope you don't mind being in my life forever," Leah said.
"What?!" Billie was a little confused.
"I'm pregnant," Leah said.
Billie's eyes got really big. He didn't exactly know what to say for that moment in time. After he finally realized what happened, he ran over and picked Leah up. Who still hadn't been doing the best one recovering.
"Holy shit. I'm gonna be a dad," Billie yelled.
"You are gonna make a great dad. You really are. I just know it," Leah smiled.
"Hun. You really want this baby to be healthy right?" Billie asked her.
"Well of course! That was a dumb question!" Leah replied.
"Then you are going to have to start eating right. That's 3 meals a day," Billie told her.
"You're right. And I'm gonna. For the baby." Leah gave off a little smile.

Leah had been working hard to make sure everything was good between them and good for the baby. They had taken classes together. Bought all the right stuff. And Leah was able to recover and stay healthy and fit for the baby.
And personal things between Billie and Leah were pretty good. Until an old friend came along and stirred things up a bit.
Leah was working on making it big with her band, as was Billie. But they had to put it all on hold for awhile on account of the baby. So Leah just decided to get a part-time job at local coffee shop.
"Hey, babe," Leah heard a familiar voice say.
"RAY!?" Leah said shocked. "What are you doing here?"
"Came to get my girl back," Ray said seductively.
Leah looked around hoping that he was talking about another girl, but nope. He was talking about her.
"I belong to Billie, and you know I do," Leah exclaimed.
"Wrong. You and me were meant for each other!" Ray told Leah as he pulled her close to him and would let go.
"Let go of me!" Leah yelled.
Ray had her pinned against the wall. It was late night, around closing time, the coffee shop was empty. Leah didn't have many options.
Leah was crying, trying to fight away from her, but Ray wasn't having any of it. While Ray was focused on keeping her still. She sneakily pulled her phone out of her pocket and hit speed dial 1. Billie.
She put it on speaker phone so her could easily hear what was going on. On Billie's end he could hear crying and Ray.
Leah had been fighting him for about 15 minutes when Billie finally stormed in.
"GET YOUR HANDS OFF OF HER, NOW!" he yelled as he pulled Ray away from Leah.

In the end, Leah was okay. A little tramatized, but it wasn't anything that hadn't happened before.

The nine months had past...the day had come...
Billie and Leah were in the hospital. It was about 5:26 P.M. After 6 hours of labor, a baby boy was born. But there were a few problems.
The baby wasn't functiong right. None of the doctors could figure out what was wrong. It was pretty clear the child wasn't going to make it.
Billie and Leah were pretty upset about what had been going down. Billie was trying his best to comfort the love of his life. But other problems had arose.

Leah's eyes went to the back of her head. Her breathing had slowed down tremendously. She wasn't speaking. And she was turning purple.
"WHAT'S GOING ON WITH HER? WHATS WRONG? HELP HER!" Billie yelled as tears ran down his face.
Many doctors and nurses were doing all they could to save her. There was nothing they could do. Her body had simply shut down. She wasn't getting air to her lungs. Which meant no air to her heart. What was exactly wrong, no one knew. And to this day, no one does.

It was hard for Billie to move on, but he knew that he had to, and that that's what Leah would have wanted for him, to move on.
He put his emotions into his band, Green Day.
And later on..met Adrienne..

The last part has been written.
