*Still Ramona's POV*
I took a deep breath.
"Okay, I'm gonna tell you what no one else know but you have got to be patient with me. Okay?" I said
"Sure. Ramona what's the problem? I wanna help."
"Okay. Um... ... I... Kinda... ... have a... ... big... ... ... crush... ... on you." I said.
"What??" He said surprised.
"I fancy you. A lot."
Joey was speechless. He just stood there and looked at me.
"Don't get me wrong. I know nothing can happen. I mean you're with Clare and you seemed to b... .." I was cut of by someone pushing their lips onto mine. Once I realised it was Joey I pushed him off.
"What the fuck Joey?!?!?!?! You're with Clare!!" I shouted at him.
"I fancy you as well." He said.
"WHAT????"
"I fancy you as well." He repeated.
"Joey, I'm gonna give you a reality check: YOU HAVE A GIRLFRIEND!" I punched him in the face "Who happens to be my best friend and I don't wanna see her hurt. You got that?" He nodded. "Yes I like you Joey and you like me back but that doesn't change a thing. Cheating is bad. It's a thing that I don't agree with 'cause it hurts people. A awful lot. I should know I have been cheated on in the past and it crushes you inside. I used to think 'If I went out with Joey he wouldn't cheat on me. He would be loyal and trustworthy. Joey's different he would do anything to hurt me or the people close to me.' but now do you know what I think? I think you've changed. You become unloyal, you have become non-trustworthy. You aren't different. You're the same. Just like the rest of them. You cheated. YOU CHEATED ON MY BEST FRIEND AND I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU FOR THAT!!!!!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I said. I punched him again. Suddenly Clare rushed to Joey's side.
"Are you okay babe?" He nodded.
"Why did you do that Mona? She asked.
"I was teaching him a lesson."
"What lesson?"
"Never to cheat." Joey said
"What?" Clare asked him
"Basically Mona said she fancied me. I kissed her but she pushed me off saying I had a girlfriend. She punched me twice. She taught me one thing never to cheat on your girlfriend's best friend." He got punched again but this time by Clare.
"YOU BASTERED!!!!!!! I TRUSTED YOU!!! I THOUGHT YOU WERE DIFFERENT!!!! BUT YOU'RE NOT!!!!! WE'RE FINISHED!!!! AND I HOPE NEVER TO SEE YOU AGAIN!!!!!!! YOU FUCKING FUCKTARD!!!!!!!!! AND ONE LAST THING I HATE YOU!!!" She shouted at him. She ran off. I ran after her leaving Joey to figure out what had just happened.
*Joey's POV*
FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had just lost my girlfriend and best friend. FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I walked back to my house while still going through in my head what head just happened. I opened my front door and went into the living room where Dad was sitting watching the TV. I sat down in a chair.
"What's the matter boy-o?" Dad asked.
"I just lost ma girlfriend and best friend." I said plainly.
