A week had passed and Amy was on her way back home, so many thoughts were running threw her mind her feelings for Tre her feelings about their marriage she didn't know anymore whether she loved him.
"Mummy" yelled Jayden as he wobbled his way over to his mother.
"Hello baby" said Amy as she knelt down and picked her son up "I missed you so much" she continued as she placed a kiss on his cheek.
"You're home," said Tre walking out of the kitchen.
"Yeah" said Amy as he placed Jayden on the floor and he ran back to Tre.
"Daddy, Mummy home" said Jayden as he continued to run around like a crazed animal.
Tre and Amy chuckled as they watched Jayden run around the house.
"I missed you Amy," said Tre as he walked over towards her and wrapped his strong arms around her trying to feel some sort of emotion from her.
"I missed you to," said Amy as the looked over his shoulder at their house and all of the happy memories that filled the hallway.
Tre let go of Amy and watched a slight smile come to her face, he knew that there was something wrong but couldn't tell what it was.
"I'm going to go put my stuff up stairs," said Amy as she pulled her suitcase up the stairs.
"Ok need help?" asked Tre going to pick up her other bag.
"No I'm fine" said Amy and continued to make her way up to their room.
When Amy got to their room she paused for a second not knowing if she could go in, she stood their waiting for something she didn't know what but she knew she was waiting for something anything a sign that it would all be ok that she and Tre could work things out and that it could all go back to the way that things were before all of this happened.
Amy slowly opened the door, the room looked just like she had left it the day she went away, everything was neat and tidy the room even smelt the same, that smell that came from the candles on her dresser, she ran her hands over her face and put her bags on the bed, why was there no feeling left in her heart for Tre why did she feel this way?.
Amy walked back down into the lounge Tre was playing with Jayden on the couch and Amy sat down next to them.
"Everyone is coming over tomorrow for his birthday" said Tre as he placed Jayden back down on the floor.
"Oh right his birthday I forgot, what a horrible mother I am forgetting my son's first birthday," said Amy looking at her son playing with his toys on the floor.
"It's ok after everything that has happened it's not your fault," said Tre placing his arm around Amy.
"Yeah" said Amy cuddling into the side of Tre.
"I took care of everything all you have to do is enjoy the day" said Tre holding Amy close to him and noticing that Jayden was looking tired "Better put him to bed" said Tre getting up of the couch.
"Can I" asked Amy looking a little sad.
"Ah sure I want to have a shower anyway" said Tre kissing Amy on the head and then went to make his way up to his room.
Amy picked Jayden up and took him to his room; she placed him in his crib and ran her hand over face.
"Mummy missed you so much, and I'm sorry I let you and your dad down I promise it'll never happen again" said Amy as she placed a kiss on Jayden's cheek and walked out of the room and back down to the lounge.
The next day
Amy was still asleep so Tre went and got Jayden out of his cot and brought him into the bedroom, Jayden ran up to there bed and scrambled his was up and jumped on his sleeping mother.
"What the, oh happy birthday baby boy" said Amy taking Jayden in her arms and giving him a hug.
"He woke up so I thought I'd bring him in to you" said Tre as he walked over to his wardrobe and got some cloths out "I got to go and pick up Ramona from the airport and Claudia will drop Frankito off at about 11" said Tre while he got dressed.
"Ok do I need to do anything for the party?" asked Amy as she tickled her son and showered him in kisses.
"No it's all been taken care of," said Tre as he walked over to the bed and gave Amy and Jayden a kiss on the cheek goodbye.
Tre walked out of the room and headed off to the airport to get Ramona, meanwhile Amy got up and gave Jayden his breakfast and got him changed for his big day, the door bell rang it must be Claudia Amy thought and she went to go get the door.
"Hey" said Amy as she opened the door to see Claudia and Frankito standing there.
"Hey sorry I'm a little late" said Claudia as she gave Amy a kiss on the cheek and walked into the house.
"Hey Franki" said Amy placing a kiss on his cheek.
"Hey Amy were is dad?" asked Frankito as the walked in.
"Gone to get your sister he'll be back soon" said Amy as she placed Jayden on the floor so he could play with his brother.
Both Frankito and Jayden took off down the hall and out into the backyard yelling and screaming.
"You look good Amy how are you?" asked Claudia sitting down at the kitchen bench.
"Fine I'm good I trust that Tre told you everything" said Amy knowing that Claudia knew.
"Yeah don't be mad with him but" said Claudia as she got up and went to the fridge to get a drink.
"I'm not mad at him, are you staying for the party?" asked Amy as she watched the kids from inside.
"No I can't I have things to do, look I better get going have fun today ok" she said as she gave Amy a kiss on the cheek goodbye and grabbed her bag from the kitchen bench.
"Ok well see you tomorrow morning then," said Amy as she walked out to the door with Claudia and waved goodbye as she took off.
Amy went back inside and Sat down outside and watched the kids play outside, suddenly she felt a pair of little hands wrap around her neck and embrace her in a hug.
"Amy" said the little voice it was Ramona.
"Hey sweetie how are you?" asked Amy has Ramona came around and jumped up on Amy's lap.
"Good were is Jayden and Franki?" she asked wanting to his see her two brothers.
"In the cubby house" said Amy as Ramona jumped of her lap and ran over to the cubby house.
Tre walked up behind her, placed a kiss on her head, and watched the kids play in the backyard, Tre loved it when they were all together the kids got along well, Tre heard a knock at the door so he went to get it.
"Hey guys come on in," said Tre letting Adie Billie Mike and Brittney into the house.
"Hey" they all said and walked into the house.
"Were do you want the alcohol?" asked Billie looking around to see if Amy was near.
"Ah in the kitchen" said Tre as he looked behind him to see if Amy had come inside yet.
"Are you sure we should be drinking?" asked Adie with a concerned look on her face.
"Yeah as long as we don't go over board," said Tre giving Adie a smile.
"Only if your sure she is up to it you know having alcohol back in the house" said Adie.
"Yeah she said she would be fine," said Tre walking into the kitchen with Billie and Mike.
Adie and Brittney made there way outside to see Amy.
"Hey there" said Adie as she walked over to Amy.
Amy got up and a smile came to her face.
"Hey guys god I missed you both," said Amy as she walked over to give them both a hug.
"And we missed you" said Brittney as she wrapped her arms around Amy.
"Were is the birthday boy?" asked Adie as she scanned the backyard.
"Playing with his sister and brother in the cubby" said Amy pointing over to the wear the yells and screams were coming from "were are the boys and Estella" asked Amy.
"Inside helping Tre Mike and Billie" said Adie as she pulled up a chair and sat down.
"Ok" said Amy as she sat back down.
"How are you?" asked Brittney giving Amy a smile.
"Fine I'm ok the doctors say that as long as I don't touch the booze again I'll be fine I mean I can drink but not for a very long time" said Amy as she took a sip from her water and smiled.
"That's great news Hun now you and Tre can get back to normal," said Adie as she watched the boys bring all the stuff inside.
"Yeah" said Amy as she ran her hands threw her long wavy brown hair.
Adie could tell from the look in Amy's eyes that something was not right.
Before Amy knew it there were people every were and kids were running a muck around the house. Amy felt a little over whelmed by it all so she went up into her and Tre's room and sat on the bed, she looked out of her window and into the garden were everyone was having a great time, so why wasn't she it was her son's birthday and she couldn't be happy.
Tre was on his way to the bathroom when he walked past and sore Amy sitting on the bed, he was about to go in when he felt someone grab on his arm, he turned around to Adrienne, she pulled him into Jayden's bedroom.
"Tre is everything ok with Amy?" she asked concerned about her friend.
"I don't know Adie she feels so distant from me I try to get her to open up but she just won't its like" Tre got choked up for second "It's like she doesn't love me" he said Resting his head up against the wall.
"No that can't be she does love you she has to" said Adie sounding distressed by what Tre had just told her.
"No Adie you don't see it like I do it's like she looks straight threw me it's like I'm not here" said Tre as he ran his hands threw his hair and then placed them over his face.
"Maybe she just needs time to get used to things back at home," said Adrienne as looked at Tre he looked tired as if he had not slept in days.
"I hope so Adie I really hope that is all it is cause I can't live without her I couldn't go on if I lost her" said Tre as he went to walk out of the room.
Adie followed him "It'll all work out," said Adie as she went to make her way back down the stairs.
The party went on until late then everyone started to leave Amy went and put Jayden to sleep while Tre said goodbye to everyone, Tre rounded up Ramona and Frankito and put them to bed, he walked into there bedroom were Amy was already in bed with her eyes closed, Tre knew she wasn't asleep but let her think she had him fooled.
