A Day Or A Week Or Longer In My Life, chapter 1
A lot of people know me as a Green Day wife, Adrienne, and I am, but it is just weird when you walk through places and people know who you are. I mean I love this life, I love my husband, and my kids. I love them all. But sometimes I wish Billie didn't have to work across the world, he is away so often. But he comes back today for about a month.
"Boys get ready your dad is gonna be here soon!" I yell upstairs to my boys.
"Okay mom." Is what I get back. Soon after I feel two arms wrap around my waist, I know who it is right away. I turn around in his arms.
"You're home babe, I missed you so much. How have you been? How are the guys? Were the shows good?" I asked really fast, I was really happy to see my loving husband.
"Yes I'm home and I missed you so much too. I've been good, but you weren't there to keep me company. The guys are great we saw Ramona, Tre was so happy. And the shows were fine, but I think I could have done better." When he finished I kissed him. The boys came down and you could hear DAD and DADDY and then EWWWWW. So I pulled back.
"Hey my boys how are you guys?"
"Great, hey dad guess what?" Joey asked.
"What buddy?" Billie asked.
"I lost my last tooth, see?" Joey said.
"Cool, and anything happen to you Jake?" Billie asked.
"Nope." Was all that could be heard.
"Do you guys want to go out and eat with Uncle Tre, Claudia, Franky, Uncle Mike, and Aunt Brittany?"
"Yes!" The boys yelled.
"Okay I'll call them up." He said and then left the room.
"Come on boys let's get cleaned up" I told the boys and went upstairs to get them some good clothes.
"We are leaving in a half hour so hurry up!" Billie yelled. We got ready and left for dinner.
