I'm Okay, I'm Alright., chapter 4
"No no, I am the one that's sorry," the brown eyed guy said. "Name's Leo, and yours?"
"Shaylee, my name's Shaylee," I said back.
"Well, maybe we will bump into each other again. But I have to get going, see ya later Shaylee," Leo said rushing off.
"Bye Leo," I said just before he turned the corner.
I was on my way back to the Armstrong's, when I got there I saw two cars in the drive way. I was gonna take a guess and say the other Green Day members were there. I walked in and, yes, the other Green Day members, Melly, Claudia, and the kids were all there.
I still had a stupid grin on my face when I went in and everyone saw the grin and were just staring at me.
"May I ask what you are looking at?" I asked the most nicest way I could.
"Well, you have this grin on your face and we couldn't help but notice it," Billie stated.
"May I ask what the grin is about?" Tre asked in mockery.
"If you must know, I bumped into yet another guy, and he was kinda cute," I said with the stupid grin re-surfacing on my face. When I said this Mike's face just about completely dropped to the ground, I didn't think anything of it.
"Ok well I am gonna make something to eat anyone want anything?" Adie asked. Everyone raised their hands.
"Here I will come and help I love to cook," I suggested well following Adie to the kitchen.
"So, what do you feel like having name anything I will make it," I really felt like cooking.
"How about something that has to do with pasta," Adie suggested.
"Okay, I can make Baked Ziti, Green Salad, and a side vegetable."
"That sounds good. Do you need any help?"
"Yes can you cut up the cheese," When I was done everyone sat down at the table it was like a early dinner I guess you could say. Everyone really like my cooking I really didn't think I was much of a cooker or anything, I have always made coffee.
*The Next Morning*
I once again woke up before everyone else, so I made breakfast again. Just as I was finishing a very tired looking Billie came down the stairs.
"You look really tired, how much sleep did you get?" I asked smirking.
"No not really," he said
"I know, you are really loud," I said walking off.
When I got up to my room I got a phone call from the Cafe, they said I could start working right now. I was just walking in when I saw those brown eyes.
"Hey Shaylee," Leo said.
"Hey Leo," I said rushing by him into the Cafe.
"Well I am sorry I must be of again, but is it to much to ask for your phone number?" he asked.
"Nope not at all," I said with a small smirk playing on my lips. I took a pen and wrote my number on a napkin and gave it to him.
"Thanks," and with that he was off.
I finished my first day at work and was off at four, I went back to my 'home', where I found Adie waiting for me she wanted to take me shopping 'cause I didn't have a lot.
We went shopping got a few shirts and pant not a lot.
When we got home it was around six so I took a bubble bath and made evryone dinner.
When we were done eating we were in the living room chating about nothing, when there was a knock at the door.
Billie went to see who it was.
All I heard when he was answering the door was, "Is there a Shaylee here........."
"Shaylee, my name's Shaylee," I said back.
"Well, maybe we will bump into each other again. But I have to get going, see ya later Shaylee," Leo said rushing off.
