The 7-11 Where I Was Taught: A Tre Cool Story!, chapter 1

It was another wet day as I got out of bed. I stretched and pulled on some clothes.
"Mom! I'm going to work!" I shouted.
"Alright, alright you don't have to tell the whole world!" she shouted back. It was obvious my mother was hungover. As I walked down the street I noticed something odd, there was a green van sitting parked oppisite the 7-11.
Strange, I'd thought, but I didn't really care. As I got into the store and behind the till the green van opened its doors. A man got out, he walked to the doors and opened one of them. He was wearing sunglasses and a suit, the tie was un-done and a few buttons where missing of his shirt, he was wearing dark sunglasses and a baseball cap. He wandered off down the aisles. I waited for another costumer but none came. Then the man came over with a loaf of bread and a carton of milk.
"Hi," he said setting the stuff down. I smiled awkwardly.
"So...you work here?" he said looking around.
"Yeah, three dollars fifty cents please," I said, waiting.
"Uh...sure," he said taking some money out of his pocket. He handed me the money and lifted the bag of stuff. I dropped some of his change and as I bent down to get it he bend down as well. I stood up to fast and banged into him.
"Oh! I'm so sorry!" I said.
"Damn...you got one hard head lady" he said rubbing his nose, it was bleeding.
"I'm so clumsy!" I grabbed a tissue and dabbed his nose,
"Thanks," he said smiling. I handed him the change and he picked up his bag.
"Well...see you soon," he said and walked out.

After that every day he would come in to get his bread and milk.
"You must eat alot of bread!" I said laughing,
"And a lot of milk..." he said shyly. We had been talking to each other a little more each day, he lived nearby and wanted a change from Wal-mart bread and milk.
"You know I still don't know your name," he said laughing.
"And I still don't know yours!" I said poking him in the chest.
"Well...Tre" he said putting out his hand.
"Cassie," I said putting my hand out. We went to shake but he took his hand back and stuck out his tongue. We started to laugh.
"HEY!" I froze it was Al the boss shouting from behind me.
"What?" I said gritting my teeth.
"Quit chatting to pretty boy and get working!" he shouted. I looked Tre in the eyes...well the sunglasses.
"Sorry...see you tomorrow then?" I said handing him his change and the bag. He left the store smiling. I ran home, I was so happy. I slammed the door behind me and ran up to my room. I looked at my phone waiting for another text from Tre, my phone bleeped, Hey it's Tre, ha that rhymes, do you want to meet up tomorrow for dinner or cinema? tb x I smiled. Dinner? cinema? DATE? I quickly texted back Yes.

The next day Tre came in with a flower in his pocket and a spring in his step, He went to get his bread and milk.
"Hey, hey pretty lady!" he said as he came to the till.
"Hi Tre," I said taking the stuff.
"So...meet me at seven at the cinema, yeah?" he said handing me the money.
"Sure will!" I said, waving him goodbye.

That night at five minutes to seven I was walking to the cinema. Tre was already there.
"Hi Tre," I said as I walked up to him.
"Hey Cassie," he said lightly kissing me on the cheek. I blushed. We went in and paid to see a movie, Killer zombies.
"This is good isn't it?" I said leaning against him.
"Yeah, it's...really great," he replied.

Two hours later we came out laughing.
"Ha...the start was ok, the middle was good but the end..." He leaned forward and kissed me...it seemed like it lasted for a lifetime....he brought his lips of mine, "But the end was the best..."
