When Everything Went From Bad to Awesome, chapter 8
"What's wrong Karri?" Ashley asked.
"I'M PREGNANT!" I yelled. I couldn't believe that im pregnant!
"Oh my god... ... well... it could've... been the night that you... " she said, as I started crying.
"I didn't want to become pregnant this way!" Ashley was silent and gave me a hug. Mike and Tre came out of the hospital room with Billie, and Billie had changed into his original clothes. Billie saw me crying.
"Whats wrong Karri?" He asked. I showed him the test.
"Billie I'm pregnant... " I said.
"Oh Karri... " he came over and hugged me. I cried on his chest.
"I DIDN'T WANT TO BECOME PREGNANT THIS WAY!" I yelled. Billie stroked my back.
"Shhhh... Karri its ok... .its ok... "
"NO ITS NOT OK!" I yelled. I ran away from him and out of the hospital. I sat on the curb and cried. 'I DON'T WANT TO BE PREGNANT! I DON'T WANNA BE A MOM RIGHT NOW!...I... I... guess... I'll just have to have the baby......I'm not going to have an abortion... I'm totally against abortions... ' I thought, until someone sat be beside me. It was Billie.
"Karri... I'm sorry it had to be that way..."
"... it's... it's ok... " I said. He hugged me tight. I slowly stopped my crying. "I guess I'm going to be a mom... ... It's going to be hard... parenting on my own... well I'll have Ashley... " I started trailing off in my thoughts.
"Karri... I'll help you... parent your kid... if you want... " Billie said. I looked at Billie and smilled. He leaned in and kissed me. I started blushing. Ashley came out and saw us. She started giggling.
"Get a room!" she said. We stopped kissing and looked at Ashley.
"What we weren't doing anything!" Billie said.
"UHUH!" Ashley started laughing. I became VERY red. I got up and helped Billie up.
"I'll take that as a yes," he said. He gave me a big smiled. He seemed a lot better.
"Y-y-yea... So are you feeling better, Billie?" I asked.
"Yea... " he said.
"That's good... " I said, as we all went to back to the hotel. When we arrived, the room was cleaned. The papers were back on the table and the blood was cleaned up from the floor. Billie sat down at the table and read through the papers.
**Billie Joe's POV**
'God I never thought I would divorce Adie... but it feels like my love for her really did fade away.' I thought. I read the papers again and picked a pen up. I look for the papers that I had to sign. I finally found them and signed them all. I looked at the clock on the wall and it was about midnight. 'Wow' I thought. Ashley passed out on the couch with Mike and Tre in the other room. Karri was sitting on the couch watching tv. 'Im really starting to like Karri! She's really sweat and caring. Nothing like Adie... well the Adie now. Karri is like Adie before she was mean but a lot better... I don't know... Karri gives me this feeling like I could spend the rest of my life with her... ' I thought. I got up and sat next to Karri. She was watching FUSE.
**Karri's POV**
'OK I CAN'T believe that I got raped, met Green Day, told my teacher off, the fact that im on tour with Green Day, "'m pregnant, Billie is getting a divorce, and NOW Billie Joe Armstrong likes me... and HE KISSED ME! This HAS to be a dream! I mean its like not possible!' I thought.
"Hi Billie," I said.
"Hi," he said. He saw that I was turning red. He laughed. "You turn red to much." He said.
"I... I can't really help that... " I said.
"Its ok, Karri."
"Y-y-yea I know... its just I NEVER thought I would meet Green Day and have you like me... and KISS me!" I said. I continued watching music videos and then a Green Day music video came on. It was Jesus of Suburbia. "Hey I love this video!" I said as I laughed. Billie laughed with me. "I really like this song! I can play it on my guitar too!" I said.
"You can play guitar!?" he asked. He looked at me and he looked very excited.
"Y-yea I can. Why?" I asked.
"Oh I think that's really cool!" He said. "How many songs do you know?"
"Oh I don't know probably about... 9 or 10... I really don't know... " I said.
"Awesome! How good are you?"
"Well I don't really like to judge myself... I could probably play for you sometime... would that be ok?" I asked.
"YEA! That would be great!" he said. I smiled at him and he smiled back. We both leaned in and kissed, this time it was longer. We made out for about 10 minutes. He picked me up and carried me to the bed. He got on top of me and kissed me all over.
"Billie...stop," I said.
"But why?"
"I-I think it's a little to early... " I said.
"Yea I understand," he got off and layed beside me.
"Im sorry Billie... " I said.
"Its ok I totally understand," he said and smiled.
"... thanks Billie... thanks for everything... " I said, as I layed my head on his shoulder and fell asleep...
