"But dad I don't want you to go," I said my brown eyes filling up with tears
"I'm sorry honey but I have to go,"
"It's only for 2 months and then I will come back and see you I promise" dad said, his green eyes looking at jess with sorrow
"You promise," I said looking at him cautiously.
"I promise 2 months from now I'll see you ok," dad smiling happily now that she trusted him and wasn't crying anymore
"Ok daddy I believe you," I said smiling and giving him a hug
"I'll miss you daddy."
"I'll miss you too."
"Say good bye to uncle Mike and uncle Tre."
"Bye-bye uncle Mikey," I said giving him a hug.
"You promise to come back and see me as well," I said staring him in the eyes
"I promise Jessy Jess," he said staring deep into my eyes.
"Ok."
