Kiss The Demons Out Of My Dreams, chapter 6
~Still Kaitlian's point of view~
Billie Joe looked at me with those big...soulful...wonderful...loving...I can stop myself at anytime, and I know it, but I don't wanna...warm eyes.
"What is it?" he asked.
"Umm, I was wondering something. Do you really like me? I was just wondering 'cause you are acting like it a lot, so I'm just asking," I ask, rambling.
Billie Joe looks at me and then holds me in his arms. He feels so warm, I forgot we were talking about a relationship.
"The truth is, yes I do like you. I've liked you the first time I saw you...that is the first time Tre saw Shaine, and then I spotted you, and I'm like 'wow', I just had to talk to you. So yes, I guess I do like you," Billie said.
Wow...that was probaby the corniest thing I've ever heard. It was still sweet, though. I guess I know that he loves me now. I do love him....I do love him!
"I love you too, Billie Joe...and that's not the 'I love you fame' talking," I said.
He chuckled and snuggled up with me.
~Shaine's Point of View~
We were approaching the mall when Tre turns on the raido. "Wake Me Up When September Ends" came on, and I sang to it. When the big rock instrumental came on, I lightly headbanged to the music. At the corner of my eye, I could see Tre look at me from time to time. It ended, and we walked inside the mall.
"Ok, we have to see the new Hot Topic. That's why we're here," I said.
"Yes dear, I know that. We will see your lovely store and then hit the road right?" Tre said.
Clearly Tre doesn't know the woman's code to "The Mall".
"Tre...my darling Tre," I started.
"Am I in trouble? I don't like being in trouble! Please don't let me be in trouble!" he bawled on the floor.
I stared at him as he laid there, expecting to get a beating.
"Tre, you're not in trouble, get up for God's sake, Goddamnit," I said, laughing.
Tre got up and dusted himself off. "So I'm getting the feeling that we're not just going to Hot Topic, huh?" he asked.
"Bingo! Ya Tre, you're learning the woman's code to the mall!" I said and walked towards the Hot Topic.
"But I don't want to be a woman," Tre said, and he followed close behind.
Inside Hot Topic was a blast of epic perportions. There were people everywhere.
Tre backed away. I looked at him.
"What's wrong?" I asked and then looked at the crowed. He was going to get mualed if he went in there.
"Oh yeah. Why don't you go to another store here and call me when you need me, ok?" I said.
I started to walk inside when Tre pulled me into a hug. "I need you now, I don't want to leave you, not even to a store. I want to be with you forever," Tre whispered in my ear.
I was dumbfounded. I think Tre really wants to be with me, and I've been holding that back. God, I'm a dumbfuck!
"I want to be with you too, Tre. I really do," I said and rested my head on his chest.
"I love you, Shaine."
"I love you too, Tre."
And so starts the relationship of Shaine and Tre.
