My life as Tré Cool's Daughter, chapter 12
The next morning I woke up and Joey was there.
"Joey!" I said giving him a hug.
"What are you doing here?" I asked.
"Well, my dad, my mom, me, Jakob, your dad, Maddie, Frankito, Ramona, Uncle Mike, Emma, Stella and you are going to the beach today. Didn't your dad tell you?" Joey said.
"No, Dad didn't tell me." I said.
"Dad!" I said.
"What?" he asked.
"You didn't tell me we were going to the beach today." I said.
"Shit, that's what I forgot to tell you. I knew there was something!" Dad said.
"Thanks!" I said sarcastically.
"OK get ready we're leaving soon." he said.
I groaned. "Joey, what time is it?" I asked.
"9:30" he said.
"OK." I said.

Joey went downstairs while I took a shower and got dressed. It only took me about 10 minutes. I took a muffin with me for the ride for my breakfast.
I went with Dad, Maddie, Joey, Ramona and Stella. Frankito went with Uncle Billie, Aunt Adie and Jakob. I sat in the back with Joey and Stella and Ramona sat in the middle. We brought Zoey with us. She sat on the floor at my feet.
We all talked until we got there.
We arrived at the beach. We took out our blanket that we were going to sit on. Dad took out our chairs. I set up the umbrella. Zoey wanted to run around but I was holding her leash and we didn't want her to get lost. Finally everyone else came. We had to tie Zoey when we went in the water because she doesn't like water.
We decided to play Marco Polo. Dad was it. It took him a while to get someone. Then the adults got out of the water. Joey went under water. I didn't know he was down there and he came and grabbed my feet. I screamed. Dad came running to me.
"What's wrong?" he asked.
"Something grabbed my foot!" I said. Joey was laughing. "JOEY!!" I said chasing him.
"Ahh!" He said.
"OK I'm going back over there." Dad said pointing to where Maddie was.
"OK." Ramona said laughing at me and Joey.
I finally caught him and jumped on his back. "Hey!" he said. I kissed his cheek. "It's a good thing you're cute." He said, laughing.
"Aww, you think I'm cute." I said hugging him. "Well, I think you're pretty cute too." I said.
Stella and Ramona laughed. Jakob and Frankito got out of the water to eat lunch.
"This is so much fun." I said as Joey picked me up.
"Yeah, especially since you're here." he said.
"Aww Joey you're so cute you know that." I said laughing.
Joey laughed. "I'm cuter than you." He said sticking out his tongue.
"No you're not." I said.
"Yes I am." he said.
"No you're not!" I said laughing.
"Ramona... who's cuter... me or your sister?" Joey asked.
"If I answer you will you stop arguing about who's cuter?" Ramona asked.
"Yes." We both said. We laughed.
"Fine both of you are cute." Ramona said rolling her eyes.
"Let's go eat lunch." Joey said.
"OK." we said.
We walked over to where everyone was sitting and Dad was making sand castles with Jakob and Frankito.
"Having fun Dad?" I asked laughing.
"Yep." he said. We ate our sandwiches.
"Bury me in the sand!" Joey said.
"OK." I said. Joey layed down in the sand. I started to bury him. Dad and Uncle Billie watched us very carefully.
"OK, would you stop watching us like that?" I asked. "I'm sick of it! We can't do anything and you two are ready to pounce!" I said. "I thought you said you trusted us!" I said and ran off.
"I'll go talk to her." Maddie said.
*Maddie's P.O.V*
I went to go talk to Abby. "Hey." I said. She didn't say anything. "Abby." I said.
"You know how your dad is. He's just trying to protect you." I said sitting down beside her.
"But he's being too protective. And so is Uncle Billie. They said that they trusted us." Abby said.
"They do trust you. It's just that you're your dad's baby and he wants you to stay his baby forever." I said.
"Why did I have to be his first child?" Abby said.
I laughed. "Come on let's go back." I said.
"Umm, I think I'm gonna stay here for a little bit." Abby said.
"OK." I said walking back.

*Dad's P.O.V*
Maddie walked over to where I was sitting. "I think you and Billie should go talk to her." Maddie said.
"OK... ." I said. Me and Billie walked down to where Abby was. "Hi." I said.
"Oh hi Dad, hi Uncle Billie." Abby said.
"Can we talk to you?" I said.
"Sure." Abby said.
"Well, we're sorry for the way we've been acting." Uncle Billie said.
"It's just that you're my little girl.... I don't want anything to happen to you." I said.
"We trust you guys it's just we're not used to this." Uncle Billie said.
"This is the first time you've had a boyfriend." I said.
"And the first time Joey has had a girlfriend." Uncle Billie said.
"Can you please stop watching our every move like that though?" Abby asked.
"OK...but only because we trust you." I said laughing.
*Back to Abby's P.O.V*
We walked back to where everyone else was. I started burying Joey in the sand again. Stella and Ramona were helping me while Jakob, Frankito and Dad were making sand castles. We saw Maddie's sister Gabriella and her daughter Savannah. Savannah is 13 too.
"Savannah!" I said.
"Hey Abby." she said walking towards us.
"This is Joey, and this is Stella." I said pointing at them. "Well actually Joey is buried under the sand but that's his face." I said laughing.
"I'm waving." Joey said. We all laughed.
"Guess what?" she said.
"What?" I asked.
"I'm going to your school this year!" she said.
"Awesome!" I said.
We forgot about Joey and went to see Maddie.
"How have you been feeling?" Gabriella asked.
"Good. The morning sickness is finally gone." Maddie said.
"So...what are you having?" Gabriella asked excitedly.
"A boy and a girl." Maddie said.
"Have you picked out names yet?" Gabriella asked.
"Yes, so far there's Alyson Katie Wright and either Aiden Luke Wright or Aiden Nicholas Wright." Maddie said.
"Those are good names." Gabriella said."So you're what...5 months pregnant?" Gabriella asked.
"6 months." Maddie said. "They're definitely moving around in there." Maddie said putting her hand on her stomach.
"That's a good thing." Gabriella said laughing.
"Yep." Maddie said laughing.
"Are you gonna have a baby shower?" Gabriella asked.
"Yeah." Maddie said. "We have everything we need except for blankets and clothes and that kind of stuff. The big stuff we bought a while back." Maddie said laughing.
"What colour are you painting the walls?" Gabriella asked.
"We're painting 2 walls blue and 2 walls pink." Maddie said. "And the room is going to be a Winnie the Pooh room.
"That's a good idea." Gabriella said.
We went to unbury Joey cause it was time to leave. Savannah and Gabriella were coming over for supper so Savannah came with me, Dad, Maddie, Ramona and Joey. Frankito was going with Uncle Billie, Aunt Adie and Jakob and Stella was going with Uncle Mike and Emma.
Me, Joey and Dad put the stuff back in the van. I sat in the back with Joey and Ramona sat with Savannah in the middle.
When we got home we watched TV. We decided to watch Bullet in a Bible. Dad came in. I was sitting on Joey's lap.
"Hey! Look there's me!" Dad said pointing at the screen. "You're watching Bullet in a Bible aren't you?" Dad asked.
"Yep." I said. He sat down on my bed.
"Well I'm going to start supper." Dad said.
"OK." we said.

*Maddie's P.O.V*
Me and Gabriella walked into the nursery.
"When are you gonna start painting?" Gabriella asked.
"Tré, Billie and Mike are gonna start painting tomorrow while Me, Adie, Emma, Abby and Ramona go shopping for the rest of the stuff we need." I said.
"Cool." Gabriella said.
Tré walked in. "Maddie, what do you want for supper?" he asked.
"Umm I think I want pizza." I said.
"OK I'll start it right now." Tré said walking out of the room.
"Wow, he cooks for you." Gabriella said.
"Ya, Tré's been very helpful. He practically does everything for me." I said smiling.
"I'm surprised. That's Tré we're talking about." Gabriella said laughing. I laughed.
After about 20 minutes the pizza was ready.
*End of Maddie's P.O.V*
*Abby's P.O.V*
Maddie came in and told us supper was ready.
"What are we having?" I asked.
"Pizza." Maddie said.
"Yum." I said. We went to the kitchen.
"What were you guys watching?" Maddie asked.
"Bullet in a Bible." I said laughing.
Maddie laughed. I knew exactly what she was thinking of.
"Did you get to the part where your dad is...you know?" She asked.
"No...thank God!" I said.
"Tell me when my part comes on!" Dad said.
"OK..." I said.
We finished eating and went to watch the rest of Bullet in a Bible. Dad's part came on and we all turned away.
"Dad! Your part is on." I said.
"Cool." He said skipping into the room. Maddie walked in behind him.
"Tell us when it's over." I said. Maddie was laughing.
"OK it's done." Dad said laughing.
"Are you sure?" I asked. "Maddie, is it done?" I asked.
"Yes, it's done." Maddie said.
"OK." We said and looked back at the screen.

It ended and Gabriella and Savannah had to leave.
"Bye Savannah!" I said.
"See you at school next week." I said.
"Bye." She said.
After a while Joey had to leave. I kissed him goodbye.
"See you probably tomorrow." I said.
"Bye." He said. I decided to go to bed 'cause we were getting up early the next morning to go shopping.
"Joey!" I said giving him a hug.
"What are you doing here?" I asked.
