My life as Tré Cool's Daughter, chapter 21
A month passed and it's Stella's birthday. The twins are a month and a half old. My birthday is in less than a month. I can't wait.
I walked over to Joey's house to get him. Then we walked to Stella's house.
"Happy birthday Stella!" I said giving her a hug.
"You're 12 now!" I said laughing.
"Yep. I can't wait till tonight," she said.
Uncle Mike walked into the living room.
"Hi Uncle Mike," I said.
"Hi Abby, hi Joey," he said.
"Dad, are you going to tell them now or tonight?" Stella asked.
"Tonight. So you better not tell them now," he said.
"Tell us what?" we asked.
"I can't tell you, you'll find out tonight," Stella said.
"Fine," Joey said.
I laughed.
"Do you wanna go for a walk?" I asked.
"Sure," they said.
"Let's go to the park," Joey said.
"OK," we said.
Me and Joey were holding hands.
"Let's go sit under a tree," Stella said.
"OK," I said.
"I'm glad Jakob or Frankito or Ramona aren't here right now," I said laughing.
"Why?" Stella asked.
"Cause Jakob and Frankito keep saying get a room when they see us kissing and Ramona asks us if that's all we do and rolls her eyes," I said laughing.
"Don't worry I won't say anything like that," Stella said laughing.
"Thank you!" I said laughing.
She laughed.
I went and sat on Joey's lap. He wrapped his arms around me.
"So, Stella, do you feel older?" I asked.
"No. I don't," she said.
"Why am I the only one that feels older when it's my birthday?" I asked.
"I don't know," Joey said.
"The next birthday is Uncle Mike's and then MINE!" I said laughing.
"Ya. I can't wait till your birthday," Joey said and kissed my cheek.
"Oh its 12:00, lunch is probably ready," I said.
We walked back to my house. Stella went home for lunch.
When we walked in we heard one of the twins crying.
"That's... Aiden," I said.
We walked into the living room.
"Aiden won't stop crying again?" I asked.
"There's some sandwiches on the table in the kitchen. Can you bring Aly over to Uncle Billie's, she just fell asleep and I don't want her to wake up."
"OK," we said.
We went to get our sandwiches in the kitchen. I got a diaper, some wipes and Alyson's blanket.
"When did she eat?" I asked.
"About half an hour ago so she should be good for a while," Maddie said.
"OK," I said.
We walked over to Uncle Billie's.
"Aiden won't stop crying and Maddie wants Aly to sleep so we came here," I said as we walked in the door.
"OK," Uncle Billie said.
"She looks just like you when you were a baby," Uncle Billie said.
"Really?" I said.
"Ya. And you both have your dad's eyes," he said.
"Ya?" I said.
"I wonder if Maddie got Aiden to stop crying," Joey said.
"Probably not. Aiden's a screamer," I said laughing.
"Poor Tré," Uncle Billie said.
I laughed.
"Alyson doesn't cry a lot though. She only cries when she needs to be changed or if she's hungry," I said.
"That's good," Aunt Adie said as she walked into the room.
"Hi Aunt Adie," I said.
"Aiden won't stop crying?" she asked.
"Ya," I said.
"I don't think I've ever heard Alyson cry," Aunt Adie said.
"I have," Joey said.
"That's because you practically live at my house," I said.
"That's true," he said.
My cell phone started ringing.
"Hello?" I said.
"I got Aiden to stop crying and to fall asleep," Maddie said.
"Finally," I said.
She laughed.
"I'm gonna bring Alyson back. Then I'm gonna come back here," I said.
"OK," she said.
"Bye," I said.
"That was Maddie. She finally got Aiden to stop crying and to fall asleep so I'm gonna bring Alyson back. I'll be back in 10 minutes." I said.
"OK." Joey said.
I went to bring Alyson home.
"Hi. I'm back," I whispered.
"I'm in the living room," Maddie whispered.
I brought Alyson into the living room.
"I'm going back to Joey's," I whispered.
"OK," she said.
I walked back to Joey's.
We walked upstairs to his room.
"You still need pictures for your scrapbook?" I asked.
"Ya. I need as much pictures as I can get," Joey said and kissed me.
I saw a flash.
"Well that's weird," I said.
"Oh ya, I forgot to tell you. Jakob got a camera for his birthday and he wants to help me with my scrapbook," Joey said.
"So we have to watch what we do. We have our own paparazzi," he said laughing.
"Jakob you better watch what you take pictures of. If you take any pictures that will get in trouble then you'll be in big trouble," Joey said.
I took my camera out.
"Let's take real goofy pictures!" I said.
"OK," he said.
We took some pictures then I loaded the program for my camera onto his computer.
Then I loaded the pictures onto the computer.
"There. Now you can print them and use them for the scrapbook," I said.
"OK," he said.
We were lying on his bed kissing.
"Did you just see a flash?" I asked.
"Ya. JAKOB COOL IT ON THE PICTURES!" Joey said.
"OK," Jakob said.
"What time is it?" I asked.
"12:00," Joey said.
"OK," I said.
I was lying beside him. He pulled me closer to him. He had his arms wrapped around my waist.
"I love you," he said.
"I love you too," I said.
"We're going shopping. Jakob is with us. We'll see you guys at Uncle Mike's at 3:00," Aunt Adie said.
"OK. Bye," we said.
I heard the door close.
"We're alone," Joey said with an evil grin on his face.
"Get that evil grin off your face. We're not doing anything," I said.
"I know what you're thinking. Joey you're 14 and I'm almost 14. We're too young," I said.
"Oh so you did know what I was thinking. You know I was only joking and I was testing you. My parents are testing us too. I know we're too young. I wanna be at least 16 before I do that," he said and kissed me.
"I love you," I said.
"I bet I love you more," he said laughing.
"No! I love you more!" I said laughing.
He started tickling me.
I was laughing so much I was almost crying.
"Fine. You love me more," I said laughing.
He stopped tickling me.
I kissed him.
"Let's watch the Family Guy DVD I got you for your birthday," I said.
"OK," he said.
We went downstairs and Joey put the DVD in the DVD player.
I sat down on the couch and he came and sat beside me.
We were laughing our heads off.
"What time is it?" I asked when it was done.
"2:30," he said.
"OK. Let's go to Stella's," I said.
"OK," he said.
We walked over to Stella's.
"We thought we'd come early cause we're special," Joey said.
Stella laughed.
"So everyone else is coming at 3:00?" I asked.
"Yep," she said.
"Are Jimmy, Rose and Savannah coming?" I asked.
"Yep," she said.
"Cool," I said.
"So what did you guys do today?" she asked.
"Not much. We watched Season 3 of Family Guy though," I said laughing.
"Cool," she said.
At 2:50 Aunt Adie and Uncle Billie came.
"Hey guys. What did you do when we were gone?" they asked.
"I uploaded some pictures on Joey's computer and then we watched the Family Guy DVD that I got Joey for his birthday," I said.
"OK. Cool," Uncle Billie said.
Everyone else came. Stella opened her presents then we ate supper.
"So what was it that you didn't want Stella to tell us?" I asked.
"Well. Emma and I are getting married," Uncle Mike said.
"Congratulations," we said.
When we were done eating supper we ate cake and ice cream.
"My birthday is in a month! I can't wait," I said.
They laughed.
"It's Uncle Mike's birthday then mine!" I said laughing.
"Oh yay, my birthday," Uncle Mike laughed.
"You're going to be... 36 right?" I asked.
"Ya," Uncle Mike said.
When we were done eating cake and ice cream we went home.
"Bye Joey," I said giving him a hug.
"Bye," he said and kissed me.
