My life as Tré Cool's Daughter, chapter 6
I woke up with Jakob and Frankito sitting beside me.
"Hi guys. What time is it?" I asked.
"9:30," Frankito said.
"Is everybody awake?" I asked.
"Yep. They've been awake for a while," Jakob said.
"Have they had breakfast yet?" I asked.
"No they were waiting for you," Frankito said.
"Good morning," I said, giving Joey a hug.
"What are we having?" I asked.
"Whatever you want," he said.
"Umm I think I'll have a muffin," I said.
"OK," he said.
"What time is everyone coming over at?" I asked.
"Maddie is coming over at 12:00 to help you guys set up everything, and Aunt Adie, Uncle Billie, Uncle Mike and Emma are coming over at 2:00," Dad said.
"What time did your mom say she was dropping off your stuff at Jimmy?" I asked.
"Um I think she said around 12:30 1:00," he said.
"Let's go watch TV," Ramona said once everyone was finished eating.
Me and Joey sat on the floor with Rose and Jimmy, Ramona and Stella sat on one couch and Jakob and Frankito sat on the other couch. Joey had his arm around me. I looked up at the clock and realized it was 11:50. Maddie would be here soon. Five minutes later the doorbell rang. We stayed watching TV for a little bit till she came and get us so she could have some time alone with Dad since she wouldn't be having any today. After about 10 minutes she came and got us.
"Hi Maddie," I said.
"Hey guys. You ready to get the stuff set up?" she asked.
"Yep," we said.
We got the decorations and went outside. We got the decorations and went outside. We got the stereo set up first and brought out some CD's. Then Dad came out and helped up put the stage together.
We put up the decorations. It was 1:30 so we started to get the food ready when Jimmy's mom came and dropped off the present. Dad and Maddie went to talk to her for a little bit. We decided to go play on the trampoline till everyone else came. We put on some music too. Finally it was 2:00 and Aunt Adie, Uncle Billie, Uncle Mike and Emma arrived. We went in the pool and played volleyball- the adults against the kids. They won the first game and we won the second game. The adults got out of the pool so we decided to play that one person goes on somebody's shoulders and someone else goes on someone else's shoulders and you see who can be pushed off first. I went on Joey's shoulders and Rose went on Jimmy's shoulders.
"You're going down!" I said to Rose laughing.
"We'll just see about that!" she said.
"Ok 1,2,3 GO!" Ramona shouted.
"Go Abby!" Ramona shouted.
"Go Rose!" Stella shouted.
Finally I won. It was Stella and Ramona's turn. Ramona went on Joey's shoulders and Stella went on Jimmy's shoulders.
"Go Ramona!" Rose shouted.
"Go Stella!" I shouted.
Ramona won. Frankito and Jakob went next and Frankito won. We played a little more until Dad came and told us that he ordered the pizza so it should be here soon. We went on the trampoline. We all took turns doing tricks. Joey gave me a kiss and I hugged him.
*Aunt Adie's P.O.V*
I looked over at the kids on the trampoline and saw Joey kiss Abby. I smiled.
"Those kids sure are growing up fast." I said.
"Ya," Billie answered.
"They look so cute together," I said.
"Ya, and I don't think Joey's been any happier than now," Billie said.
"Ya, same with Abby," Tré said wrapping his arms around Maddie's waist and kissing her on the cheek.
"Should we tell them now?" Tré asked Maddie.
"Ya, I think it's a good time," Maddie answered.
"Tell us what?" I asked.
"Well there's three things."
"Well we were gonna wait till we told the kids to tell you guys but oh well we'll tell you now." Tré said.
"Ok...well first Maddie is moving in with me," Tré said.
"OK now what's the second and third things?" Mike asked.
"OK the second thing is that we're getting married," Tré said.
"Congratulations!" we all said.
"And the third thing?" I asked.
"I'm pregnant!" Maddie announced.
"Congratulations!" I said, hugging Maddie.
"So how long have you guys been together?" Emma asked.
"It'll be a year next week," Tré said.
"Oh the pizza's here!" Maddie said going to get the money to pay for the pizza.
"Kids the pizza is here!" I said.

We sat down to eat the pizza. Yum pepperoni and cheese.
"Abby, Frankito, Ramona. Maddie and I have some announcements that we'd like to make," Dad said with a smile on his face.
