Vacation, chapter 2

* Mackie's POV *
We boarded on the plane after standing 5 minutes in line, listening to Maddie complain, which was actually quite funny. We sat down in our seats and the plane started to fly off to Maine. Maddie, Lauren and I were all cheering loudly until the flight attendant came over to us, to ask us to quiet down.

* Maddie's POV *
We finally landed after 2 hours of sitting on the plane, with people all around you yelling at you to turn your music down and to stop singing. Gosh! People these days are so picky. I ran off the plane, with Lauren and Mackie behind me.
"Maddie, wait up!" Lauren was calling after me.
"Dude! You don't even know where you're going...do you?" Mackie asked me once they caught up.
"Uhm...no?" I responded, admitting that I don't know where I was supposed to go.
"That's what I thought," Mackie laughed and shook her head at me, "Follow me." and she led the way.
* 2 minutes later *
Mackie led us to the conveyor belt to get our bags.
"Okay, we all have all our bags...right?" Mackie asked us before we left.
"Yep!" I said, without checking how many bags I had.
"Oksy. Do you have all your bags Laur?" Mackie asked while counting her numerous bags.
"Yep! Let's go! I want to get out of here! I'm tired of airports and airplanes and all this shit!" Lauren complained.
Mackie and I were laughing since we hadn't been in the airport or airplane for too long.
"We haven't been on the plane or in the airport that long Lauren!" I said while laughing.
"So? I am still tired of them..." Lauren tried to tell us, but we were too busy laughing.
"Okay... let's go get our car and go to the house," Mackie suggested after our laughing fit.
"Yay!" Lauren and I cheered and ran off to the rental cars,with Mackie chasing behind us. "Shot gun!" I called as we were coming closer to our car.
"No fair!" Lauren started to pout.
"Is too! You got shot gun on the way to the airport!" I told Lauren while getting in the front seat.
"So?" Lauren replied still pouting.
"Okay, guys, just stop fighting! We came here to get away from the fighting at our homes... remember?" Mackie ended our fight.
"Fine...I'll get in the back..." Lauren gave up since I wasn't going to move.
"Awesome. Let's put on some music and go to the house," Mackie hopped in the front seat, turned on the car and pulled out of the parking spot and drove off to the house.
"What town are we staying in?" Lauren questioned Mackie.
"Belgrade...I think..." Mackie answered her question.
"Oh...cool." Lauren said, not knowing where that was.
* 2 hours later *
"Okay! We're here!" Mackie yelled over the song 'All The Time' that was blasting in the car.
We all looked at the house and thought that it looked pretty decent.
"Let's get unpacked and go swimming!" I called out while jumping out of the car. Mackie and Lauren were just laughing at me. They got out of the car and helped unpack.
We brought all of the stuff into the house that is ours, for a week. I ran off without telling them where I was going and claimed a room. Lauren and Mackie came searching for me and finally found me in a big, open room.
"Uh...hi?" I responded since they were just staring at me.
"You already picked out your room?" Lauren asked amused and upset that I got the biggest room.
"Um...yeah..." I responded to her question while unpacking.
"Well... we're going to go get our rooms and then get changed to go swimming...okay?" Mackie informed me while watching me unpack my bags.
"Okay!" I called out almost done unpacking all my bags.
* Five minutes later *
I finished unpacking my bags and changed into my black bathing suit. I ran out to the deck and saw that Lauren and Mackie were already swimming in the lake.
"Hi guys!" I yelled out to them since they were in the middle of the lake floating in their tubes.
"Hi!" They both yelled back at me and started swimming in. I jumped in the lake off the dock, grabbed a tube and swam out to where they were.
"All settled?" Lauren asked me.
"Yep! Did you guys already choose your rooms?" I asked wondering since I hadn't heard them fighting over rooms.
"No. Not yet...we're deciding after the swim," Mackie answered my question.
"Oh cool," I replied.
* A few hours later *
"Uh...hi," A guy swam up to us. We all turned around and were shocked. We were looking at one of our many idols.
* Mackie's POV *

"Okay, guys, just stop fighting! We came here to get away from the fighting at our homes... remember?" Mackie ended our fight.
"Fine...I'll get in the back..." Lauren gave up since I wasn't going to move.

"What town are we staying in?" Lauren questioned Mackie.
"Belgrade...I think..." Mackie answered her question.
"Oh...cool." Lauren said, not knowing where that was.
* 2 hours later *
"Okay! We're here!" Mackie yelled over the song 'All The Time' that was blasting in the car.
We all looked at the house and thought that it looked pretty decent.
"Let's get unpacked and go swimming!" I called out while jumping out of the car. Mackie and Lauren were just laughing at me. They got out of the car and helped unpack.

"Uh...hi?" I responded since they were just staring at me.

"Well... we're going to go get our rooms and then get changed to go swimming...okay?" Mackie informed me while watching me unpack my bags.
"Okay!" I called out almost done unpacking all my bags.
* Five minutes later *

"Hi!" They both yelled back at me and started swimming in. I jumped in the lake off the dock, grabbed a tube and swam out to where they were.
"All settled?" Lauren asked me.
"Yep! Did you guys already choose your rooms?" I asked wondering since I hadn't heard them fighting over rooms.
"No. Not yet...we're deciding after the swim," Mackie answered my question.
"Oh cool," I replied.
* A few hours later *
"Uh...hi," A guy swam up to us. We all turned around and were shocked. We were looking at one of our many idols.
