Ally and Mike were sitting at home just relaxing. They both had a day off and the girls were at school. Ally was lying in Mike's arms the TV was on low because Mike was half asleep as the both laid there on there bed. Ally smiled as she watched Mike drift off into sleep he looked so peaceful and happy and Ally was content to be there with him.
Knock knock
Ally heard on the door down stairs, she got up off the bed and walked down to open the door, the hairs on the back of her neck stood on end when she looked at the man standing in front of her "D... D... Derek," was all she managed to say.
The man standing on the other side of the door glared at her. "What the fuck is this?" he asked as he threw a large white envelope at Ally.
Ally jumped a little as he made that sudden movement she was always jumpy when men did that because she never really trusted them the only one she did trust was Mike, Ally opened the envelope and pulled out the papers inside it, it was her divorce papers that she had gotten her lawyer to write up so she could divorce Derek and marry Mike. "Divorce papers," she said.
Derek snatched them from her hand. "Why Ally?" he said as he threw them on the floor "Are you marrying that bass player?" he asked her.
Ally looked up towards the stairs hoping that Mike couldn't hear what was going on. "Yes I am marrying Mike," she said and for once she said it in a stern and strong voice, that was the first time she had ever spoken up to man before without the fear of god being in her. "Just sign the papers Derek, and get out of my life," she yelled.
Derek's eyes went from a light green to a dark brown; he took a step closer to Ally and grabbed her bye her wrist and slammed her back against the wall inside the door way. "I won't fucking sign those papers Ally, I wouldn't give you the pleasure of leaving me and marrying that prick," he said.
Ally and Derek struggled for a minute before Derek pushed her hard up against the wall and it made a loud thump as she hit the wall hard.
Smash
Derek was on the floor and Mike was standing above him. "Get up," Mike yelled at him.
Derek shook his head and got up off the floor. "You're dead Dirnt," said Derek as he went to hit Mike, Mike smacked him dead square in the face "You're a piece of shit," said Mike as Derek and he looked at each other in the eye. "If you ever look at her ever again, I will hunt you down and kill you," said Mike.
Derek smirked. "She is my wife," he yelled back at Mike and went again to punch him this time hit Mike in the jaw, Mike's head moved quickly to the side as the punch hit him, but it didn't seem to do a thing to Mike.
"Stop it!" Ally yelled at both the men, but they took no notice of her.
Mike gave Derek another hit to the mouth and his lip started to bleed, Derek wiped his lip and looked at the blood on his hands, he throw a punch at Mike, hitting him above the eye, instantly blood poured from Mike's cut, it was bleeding down the side of his face and onto his chest.
Mike was enraged by this and he slammed Derek up against the wall holding him around his throat, he looked into his eyes. "If you ever show your face around here again, and if I ever see you on the street or any were near Ally, I'll kill you," he said as he let Derek go and pushed him out of the door.
Derek turned around. "This isn't over Ally, I'll take Eva from you and I'll do what ever I can to see that you will never be happy again," he said as he then walked down the steps of the house and diapered.
Mike slammed the door and looked over at Ally. "Baby you're hurt," she said as she rushed over to tend to him.
Mike rubbed the blood of his hand. "I'm fine," he said to her.
Ally shook her head. "No your not come in here," she told him, she took his hand and sat him down in the kitchen, she opened up the first aid kit and wiped the blood from his eye and placed a strip on the cut above his eye. "There all better," she said as she placed a kiss on his lips.
Mike chuckled. "He won't come back," he told Ally as he pulled her on to his lap.
Ally ran her hand over the side of Mike's face. "I hope not," she said.
