When Green Day Met Snifflesnort, chapter 2
"Ow!!! Tre, get off me!" Mike yelled out. Green Day had just entered the magical land under Billie's bed.
"Sorry." Tre stood up and brushed the dust off his pants. "Billie, you really should clean under your bed."
"Well, I'm sorry I haven't found the time for under-the-bed cleaning for all your-" Billie stopped in the middle of his sentence when he finally looked around. "What the-"
"Welcome to the land of Smerfs." Billie and Mike gaped at this new dimension that went on for miles. Just as Tre said, everything looked to be made of candy. Cotton candy clouds floated above their heads and in the distance stood the tallest marshmellow mountain they'd ever seen, not to mention the only one. A loud roar of thunder caused them to jump slightly. "Come on!" Tre exclaimed and led them to a giant mushroom. Before they knew it, heaps of butterscotch candy came pouring from the sky.
"Tre, I don't get it. Everything you said was true," Billie stated.
"Well, of course it was true. Would I lie to you?"
"Yes," Billie and Mike said together.
"Well, turns out I wasn't this time. Right?"
"Just forget it, Tre."
"No, I wanna hear you say it."
"Fine. You were right and I was wrong." Tre turned to Mike.
"I never doubted you, Tre."
"Yeah, right."
"So, what do we do now?" Billie asked.
"We have to find Snifflesnort, he'll know what to do."
"Where does he live?"
"In a cave, on the other side of the maze." Tre pointed to a giant mass of bushes that formed a gigantic maze. "But we have to hurry." They ran out from under the mushroom, into the storm.
"Ow!!!" Mike yelled at butterscotch hit him on the head. Suddenly he saw a flash and a brush of air. "What was that!?"
"It's the flying llamas." Tre stopped running, as did Mike and Billie. Their were dozens of flying llamas above their heads, heading in the opposite direction. "What's their hurry?" They continued to race through the air, one of them almost knocking Billie to the ground.
"I don't know but I'd rather not hang around to find out." Billie rotated his injured arm. "Jeez, that hurt."
"Well, we'll get everything straight when we reach Snifflesnort's cave. Let's go." Without another word, the gang started through the maze, unsure about what they would come upon next...
