Alice In Wonderland, chapter 4
"Oh so now you're going to eat all my food supplies are you? You know this trip of yours might last shorter than you think." I said. He seemed to take it as a joke for some reason.
"Maybe. Now pass me some grub!" he grinned at me and I rolled my eyes then turned around picked up and apple. I chucked it towards him but of course he missed and it splashed into the water.
I sighed as he looked behind him and tried to reach the apple but it had already started to float far from his reach. It didn't stop him from stretching for it though. He was crouched on the jetty stretching is arm and fingers as far as they would stretch.
"You want some help?" I asked.
"Sure." He groaned.
I bit my lip then kicked him in the ass causing him to fall straight into the water with a massive splash. I laughed as he came up to the surface and gasped for air. He grabbed his apple that bobbed around him, then placed it onto the jetty. He pursed his lips together and looked at me then swam into the dark water. I smiled at first but the time ticked by and I couldn't see him anywhere. I went closer to the edge and stretched my neck out so I could see if he was hiding underneath me. I turned around only to find Billie running towards me. I screamed loudly as he jumped on me wrapping his arms and legs round me then pushed us both into the warm water. I gasped for air then gave him an evil look and smacked my hand hard on the water to splash him. He squinted his eyes and smiled at me. For a small second my skin went cold and I got Goosebumps all over my arms and legs. I slowly made my way towards the jetty looking at Billie at all times making sure he wasn't conjuring up a plan against me again.
He followed me and soon my back was pressed up against the jetty. He continued swimming towards me until we were face to face, looking into each other's eyes. He put his hand on my cheek and caressed it lightly making me shiver. I watched his hand then started to slowly place small kisses on it running my tongue over his fingertips. He got closer then moved his hand from my cheek to my chin and lifted it up so he could see straight into my eyes. I put my hand on the side of his face then lifted a small piece of his jet-black hair away from it. I looked back into his deep green eyes then pressed my lips against his. We kissed gently at first then getting harder and more passionate. His lips were soft and he would occasionally let his tongue explore mine. He held my face close to his when we eventually parted. I bit my lip and smiled at him. He smiled back. I don't think I've ever smiled that much in my life.
"Billie?" I asked as I lay on his arm looking up at the morning clouds. He started to stroke my hair.
"Yeh?"
"I'm sorry."
"For what?"
"For being the pessimist I am and being rude to you in the last couple of weeks. I guess I was just having trouble fitting in?"
"It's okay. I could tell it wasn't intentional."
"Okay. Thank you." I looked up and smiled at him.
There was silence for a moment.
"How did you know I was here?" I asked.
"Well. You said you were gonna be at a lake... and this is the only lake I know exists near here."
"Oh right then... You know Billie; I don't want to be a pessimist anymore. Do you wanna invite some people over here for the weekend and I can get to know some people?'
Billie looked down his chest at me.
"Really?"
"Yeah. Why not? It's a great place for a party!"
He laughed.
"Yeah all right! I'm gonna have to leave you for about 10 minutes though. Unless you wanna come with?"
"Nah it's all right. I'll look after our... well my stuff. You go ahead."
He sat up.
"Sweet. See you in a bit!"
He planted a sweet kiss on my lips then ran away towards town. I sighed and looked out across the lake taking in every wave and wildlife on it.
