Maybe Perfection Is Me., chapter 3
Sunny's P.O.V
I smiled at my skimpy bathing suit, looking down at my stomach, which was jeweled with my belly button ring once more.
"Mommy! Come swim with me and Daddy!" Paitan called from out in the waves.
"Okay." I called back, poking my toe into the water, smiling when it was warm and walking in slowly.
"Hey." Billie swam up to me with Paitan on his back slipping his arm around me and pulling me into the deeper water. Paitan had her water wings on and was fairly happy floating, but not too far away; she didn't trust them that much.
"Ahh!! Shark!" Paitan screamed as a tiny fish swam by her.
"Oh no!" Mike swam up. "It's going to eat you!" He yelled, picking her up out of the water and holding her high in the air as she giggle.
"Hold you breath!" He told her, throwing her away from the fish and more towards Jason, Emmy and Summer.
She sank under for a couple seconds, sputtering up and whipping her eyes.
"Mommy!" She cried.
"Yeah." I said, holding onto Billie's back as he swam towards her.
"Look!" he pushed me off his back and went under, putting his hands on his head, then coming up. "I'm a shark!" He smiled at Paitan who giggled.
"I'm an octy... octy... what's the one with lotsa legs Mommy?" She asked me.
"Octopus." I smiled at her.
"Octypus!" She flailed her arms around as Billie burst into laughter.
"I'm... a jelly fish!" He swam over to her and lightly pinched and tickled her as she giggled and playfully screamed, he moved onto Summer who laughed and tried to tickle him back.
"I'm getting out of the water." I smiled at them and stood up, started walking towards shore.
"No!" Tre tackled me and I went under the water, getting up and sputtering.
"Tre! No tackle football in the water!" I laughed and splashed him.
"Billie!" He whined. "Your wife is splashing me!" He pointed to me.
"He started it!" I pointed back to Tre.
"I so didn't!" He yelled.
"Fine, you don't get no ice cream." I told Tre defiantly.
"Awhh! Billie! Your wife wont give me ice cream!" He complained pointing to me.
"Why would she do something like that?" He asked swimming over and dragging two giggling little girls on his legs.
"Mommy!" Paitan ran up on shore as Tre chased her with a piece of seaweed.
"Ewe. Don't bring seaweed here Uncle Tre, that's gross." I helped Paitan hide behind me.
"Mommy!" She screamed, showing me her foot, which had a leech on it.
"Okay, ewe. I hate leeches." I mumbled, grabbing my towel and pulling it off her foot and setting it in the sun to die.
"Mommy!" She screamed, seeing the blood. "Blood! Mommy it hurts!" She screamed.
"No it doesn't silly. You just think it does. Lets get a band aid." I picked her up.
"Seaweed works!" Tre offered us.
"No thanks Uncle Tre." I told him, walking to the ice cream truck, which was closest.
"Hi!" Paitan showed the man there her foot eagerly. "I had a leech! Band aid?" She asked. He laughed and handed her a band aid.
Emmy's POV
I saw Paitan and Sunny walk back over from getting a band-aid. Summer came running towards me and I looked at her.
"There's a shark! Mommy!" She yelled and I picked her up as a little fish swam under her foot. She let out another scream and I laughed.
"Mommy. It's not funny. It could've eaten me." She said matter of factly as I tried to hold back my laughter.
"Baby, that wasn't a shark. It was just a little fishy." I said and she shook her head.
"Nope. It was a shark." She said still not convinced so I carried her back to shore where Sunny and Paitan were looking for seashells.
"Sunny! What's a shark look like?" I asked and she looked at me weirdly.
"They're big and grey and they have lots and lots of teeth... and sometimes they're mean but sometimes they're nice and dolphins can kill them." Sunny said and Summer wiggled out of my arms and sat down in the sand.
"I'm not going back in there. Can we go to the hotel pool? Please mommy?" She asked me and I looked at Sunny.
"Sum! Stay in the shallow part of the pool." I said watching Summer and Paitan play in the pool.
"Mommy! Can I go please. I can swim!" Summer said and I sighed.
"Let's go sit on the edge." I mumbled to Sunny who followed me. Summer swam over to where we were sitting.
"Was that a shark?" She asked me worriedly. Sunny and I looked at her.
"Summer. You know that they aren't any sharks in a pool." I said to Summer and she giggled as Paitan made her way over to where we were.
"Watch out!" I heard Billie yell and then him running our way not seeing the pool and falling in.
Sunny's P.O.V
I laughed as he came up and looked around, confused.
"There's a pool there." I told him and he looked down.
"Oh... " He said.
"Daddy!" Paitan swam over to him and hung onto his shoulders. "Mommy wont come in with me." She complained to him.
I quickly ran away from the pool, knowing he'd pull me in. I sat down in a chair and smiled at them as they both stuck out their tongues.
I looked down at my bag as my cell phone rang.
"It's waterproof?!" Billie exclaimed, pulling his cell phone out of his pocket and opening it.
"Hello?" I asked at the same time as Billie.
"Hello Armstrong's." I heard Ron say. "I called you both... " He mumbled. "Talk show, right there in the Bahamas. How about it?" He asked us.
"Hey Em!" I called to her as she warned Summer not to go too far because she didn't feel like jumping in after her. "Talk show?" I asked her.
Emmy's POV
"Sure!" I yelled helping Summer out of the deep end of the pool. She held onto me as Jason, Mike, and Tre came running around the corner.
"If you guys fall and crack your head open, Sunny and I are so not driving to the hospital, neither are Leslie or Kelsey." I said and Jason smiled at me.
"Well we have a talk show to do at 7... I've gotta go shower and stuff." I said looking at Jason who nodded and we left everyone down at the pool to head up to our hotel room.
"Ha! We're not the last ones!" I yelled and Summer and Jason looked at me as we waited for everyone in the lobby to show up. We were doing a talk show and then each band was going to play 2 songs. Once everyone showed we all made our way to the studio.
"And tonight we have Undecided Still and Green Day!" The talk show person announced.
"Mr. Leno. It seems as though your stalking us!" Leslie said walking out followed by the rest of us. We were on Jay Leno and Undecided Still was the first guest.
"Leslie, Kelsey, Sunny and Emily! How have you guys been?" He asked as we all sat down.
"Good. Just been relaxing. Hanging out." Leslie said and he nodded. This continued and then Green Day came on and we played and then they played.
After the show we were all in our dressing rooms. I sighed and walked into the bathroom to shower off. I got the shampoo out and when I put it in my hair it was honey.
"What the hell?" I asked my self then realized it was stickier then honey and that it had glue mixed in. I quickly wrapped a towel around me and got out. I walked out into the dressing room and saw Leslie, Kelsey, and Sunny out in the hall looking the same way as me. I barged out and saw Billie, Jason, Mike and Tre laughing.
Sunny's P.O.V
I glared at Billie across the hall and walked back into my dressing room, throwing clothes on and picking up a sleeping Paitan.
"Mommy." She mumbled and held onto my neck.
"Don't worry." I smiled at her and walked outside with her in my arms. I watched fans crowd around us as I set her in her car seat in the limo.
"Hey." Billie slapped my ass. "Move in." He laughed at the look I gave him.
"You put honey and glue in my shampoo, you can get a taxi Mr." I told him, letting Kelsey, Leslie, Emmy and Summer inside, then lightly tapped his cheek and smiled at the rest of Green Day, hopped in, shut the door and told the limo driver to go back to our resort, leaving Green Day, starring back at us bewildered and looking around at the fans who laughed at them. I turned back to the girls and smiled "It's war." I told them.
I pretended to sleep that, night. Quietly getting up and getting two glasses of water when Billie walked in.
"Here." I handed him one and he smiled at me.
You're not mad?" He asked, drinking it all and setting it on the night stand.
"Oh, I'm not mad. I just declared war." I smiled at him as he realized there were sleeping pills in the water and he slipped into sleep, at which point I shaved his whole body clean and locked him in the room, going to Emmy's room and helping her drag Jason over to mine. Sleeping with Paitan and Emmy and Summer in Emmy and Jason's room. We didn't fall asleep for awhile, I mean, you can't expect us to not laugh after doing that.
Emmy's POV
"Mommy... mommy. Wake up!" Summer said shaking me and I woke up still smiling.
"Shhh... where are Sunny and Paitan?" I asked her making sure they were up before she got loud.
"On the balcony. What happened to daddy?" She asked as we walked out on the balcony and we heard knocking on the door. Sunny and I looked at each other and quickly ran to open it. I opened it and saw Billie was bald and I tried to hold back laughter as Sunny came over.
"Oh my god! What happened to your head?!?!" Sunny asked Billie then quickly took off down the hall laughing her head off. I was almost falling over from laughing so hard as Jason made his way into our suite.
"I'm glad you didn't do that to me babe." Jason said and I smiled to myself.
Leslie, Kelsey, Sunny, and I all met down at the beach.
"Okay, you guys each take a bottle of sunscreen and we're gonna take it somewhere that cooks fish and we're gonna get fish grease and put it in it." I said and they all looked at me.
"Just trust me on this one." I mumbled as we all casually walked over and got everyone's sunscreen except for the kids and ours. We quickly ran to some place and got fish grease and then put it in it then ran back and watched as the guys put it on. About 15 minutes later all these seagulls started to attack them. Tre ran into the water along with the rest of them and soon came running back out yelling "SHARK!! A WHOLE BUNCH OF THEM!"
Sunny's P.O.V
I starred at Tre and quickly ran to pick up Paitan who was crying, sitting in the shore of the water.
The lifeguard blew the whistle and everyone ran out of the water. I looked around frantically for Billie who swatted at a seagull.
"Here." I handed him my shampoo and soap. "Wash it off now." I told him and he saw the look of terror in my eyes, quickly running to a shower with the others and washing off.
"It's okay baby." I cradled Paitan in my arms as she sobbed into my neck.
"Mommy, I'm scared." She told me.
"It's okay, everything will be alright." I told her, rocking back and forth on a lawn chair, far away from the water.
I laughed as Tre was the last one to take a shower and was tired from running away from seagulls and the sudden attack of sharks.
"They're gonna get us back." I told Emmy.
"Yep, be careful." Emmy nodded her head and we laughed with Leslie and Kelsey, Paitan and Summer wondering what was so funny while they were so scared.
I watched as Billie walked out of the shower, a towel wrapped around his baldhead and honey on his hands.
"Oops. Forgot to change it, sorry sweetie." I smiled at him.
"Yeah, no problem." He kissed my neck and walked near the shore, checking for sharks.
"Daddy!" Paitan screamed, making him turn around, realizing that she was scared for him he came back and took her out of my hold.
"It's okay." He smiled at her and put her on his shoulders. "I'll get Mommy back." He mumbled.
"Why do you have a towel?" Paitan asked, pulling it off and handing it to me, which brought a burst of laughter from me and Emmy.
"Girls against boys honey." I took Paitan off his shoulders and started walking away.
"I love you too." He called back.
"We're going shopping." I told Billie, picking up Paitan and handing her, her little purse and sunglasses.
"Sure, can I come?" He asked.
"No." I told him as Emmy knocked on the door. I opened it slowly to see her drenched in Honey. I quickly looked up, just in time to push Billie forward under the bucket of Honey that hung above my door.
"Never mess with a woman my friend."
Emmy's Honey Covered POV
"Mommy why are you sticky?" Summer asked me as Sunny and Paitan laughed at Billie and his bald, honey, covered head.
"Long Story." I mumbled then looked at Billie.
"I like that look Bill. You should keep it." I said and Billie flipped me off the walked back into his room leaving us out in the hall.
"Watch Summer. I'm gonna go take a quick shower." I said and Sunny smiled and nodded. I made my way back to mine and Jason's room and cautiously walked in making sure no more honey would be dropped on me.
"Do you have to go?" Jason asked me. I nodded and then glared at him.
"Look... if I get attacked by bees because I happen to smell like you honey you won't get laid for next 6 months." I said to him then gave him a quick kiss and walked out. Sunny, Paitan, Leslie, Kelsey, and Summer were all waiting on me.
"I'm so going to buy this!" Sunny yelled holding up a bathing suit then looking at the tag.
"Okay. You do that." I mumbled looking through the skirts and shirts.
"Let's go swimming!" Leslie yelled and the entire store looked at her.
"Not you!" She yelled and they all turned away quickly then looked at us.
"Mommy. I'm not going swimming." Paitan said then casually put 3 bags of candy up on the counter for Sunny to pay for them.
We walked to the beach and Kelsey helped Summer and Paitan put down the beach towels while everyone else put down their own.
"We really have to watch our backs." Leslie mumbled and I nodded then laughed when Summer and Paitan ran away from a crab. Paitan and Summer were staying close to shore and building sand castles while the rest of us were enjoying relaxing. None of us were really paying attention to our beach towels which was a huge mistake. I watched as Leslie and Kelsey sat down at the same time only to fall down into holes that they're towels were covering.

"Not you!" She yelled and they all turned away quickly then looked at us.
"Mommy. I'm not going swimming." Paitan said then casually put 3 bags of candy up on the counter for Sunny to pay for them.
We walked to the beach and Kelsey helped Summer and Paitan put down the beach towels while everyone else put down their own.
"We really have to watch our backs." Leslie mumbled and I nodded then laughed when Summer and Paitan ran away from a crab. Paitan and Summer were staying close to shore and building sand castles while the rest of us were enjoying relaxing. None of us were really paying attention to our beach towels which was a huge mistake. I watched as Leslie and Kelsey sat down at the same time only to fall down into holes that they're towels were covering.
"Oh my god!" Sunny yelled and I just looked around and then heard the guys laughing.
