Every Rose Has A Thorn, chapter 2

Adrienne stopped in her tracks. Her mouth dropped open, and several things fell onto the ground. She ad been carrying two grocery bags, but now they were on the ground, and broken into pieces. Finally, after staring at the two of them for about thirty seconds, she marched over and ripped them apart.
"What the fuck is going on? Who are you?" she demanded, standing in front of Billie as if she were defending him.
"I'm Adrienna Summers. Is there a problem?" she replied sweetly.
"Hell, yes, there's a problem! You were making out with my boyfriend!" Adrienne snarled. Her hands were balled into fists as she made her way towards her enemy.
"Your boyfriend? Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't know he belonged to anybody," Adrienna snapped. They looked as if they were going to kill each other until a severely drunk Billie stepped between them and held his hands in the air.
"Snap the fuck out of it! Adrienna, I thoguht you were Adrienne. I'm sorry I got you into this," he mumbled, and walked away, hand in hand, with Adrienne. Tre stared blankly after them, and finally shouted:
"Okay, then I get the new girl!"
Adrienna shook her head in disgust and stomped away. She hopped the fence and disappeared.

*Three Weeks Later*

"Hey, Mike. How's life been treating you?" an unfamiliar voice asked from behind him. He turned, and a pretty girl with hair darker than ebony and eyes like pools of melted chocolate...it was Adrienne. She gave him a strange look that indicated that he had been staring.
"Oh, hi, Adrienna. It's been treating me...well, not too badly." He shrugged.
"Same here. Is that bitch Billie here?" she asked softly. He shook his head. "Okay. Look, the next time you see him, tell him that what happened was partially my fault. I'm not sure he knows that," she whispered.
"Why the whispering?" Mike asked.
"Because he's right behind you," was the soft reply. Mike jumped and turned around. Sure enough, Billie was standing there with a cup of coffee, and he was staring at the two of them blankly.
"Hey, guys. Can I join this little group?" he asked. Mike nodded, and Billie sat down across from Adrienna. She looked at her feet and didn't say anything. "There is silence," Billie commented. Adrienna looked as if she was going to say something, but Mike beat her to it.
"She wants you to know that what happened was partially her fault, and she wants to apologize to Adrienne for it," Mike cotinued, drawing a look of shock and horror from Adrienna.
"That's no-" she began angrily.
"Really? Oh, Adie would love it! She can be so forgiving, as long as you never do it again." Billie smiled.
"Me?" Adrienna smirked.
"We," Billie corrected himself with a hint of annoyance. "Alright. To the car!" he cried. Adrienna followed him grudgingly, but not before flipping Mike off. He smiled.

*Billie's House*

"Hey, Adie! I'm ho-" Billie stopped when he saw another note on the door.

Dear Billie,
I'm out with some friends right now. I'll be back in a couple hours. Don't try to pull anything with that girl, or you're dead. Love ya,
Adie

"How is it that every time you come over, she's gone?" Billie asked loudly.
"How am I supposed to know?" Adrienna shrugged. A plan was forming in her head...a devilish plan to split them apart. She mentally slapped herself. "No, no way am I splitting them up just so I can have him..." she thought to herself. "Or will I?"
