*2 Years Later*

*My POV*
Tré and I have been going out for about 2 years now. In fact, tomorrow marks it, but it's the first whole school year together. My mom doesn't know anything about us. The only time she's ever seen us together was the time when I saw her and my dad making out. I still shiver from that. An update of what's happened.
Like I said, Tré and I are still going out and I love him to fucking death, Kaylee still has no boyfriend, maybe it's because she thinks that every guy at our school is an idiot which can be possibly true, but I don't think so, my mom and my dad are going out, I guess. This really disturbs me, also considering I get beat twice as hard now.
Tré has dropped out of school to pursue his drumming dreams. I think it's horrible to just drop out like that, but I still support him. Nothing else has really happened besides that, well not until Kaylee and I decided to walk to my house that afternoon when we saw a sign planted in the front lawn's grass that would change my life. Completely.

*Kaylee's POV*
Kia and I walked home after school. We were talking about Tré and how bad I need a boyfriend. I glanced across the street at all these broken homes when I heard something fall on the ground. I whiped my head at Kia. She stopped dead in her tracks looking ahead of her. I stared straight where she was looking at to see a sign in the middle of the front lawn that marked two words neither of us wanted to read, FOR SALE.

*Next Day*

*Tré's POV*
I walked to the school with a present in my arms for Kia. I knew she'd love it. All day I've been sitting around thinking about the day I asked her to be my girlfriend.

*Flashback*
I walked into the dance and looked around for Kia. She was nowhere to be found. I looked at the decorations we had made together and thought about her even more. As an hour or two passed, I figured she wasn't coming.
"Hi Tré," A girl named Ashley said, ruining my concentration.
"Hey Ash," I replied.
"Um...Tré..." she said shyly.
"What?"
"Do you wanna....dance?"
I thought about Kia. She was the one I wanted to dance with, but she wasn't here. Might as well...
"Sure," I said to her.
She smiled.
I danced with her thinking about Kia. I couldn't stop. She just wasn't what I wanted. Halfway through the song we were dancing to, Ash asked me if I wanted a drink. She left to go get hers since I didn't want one. I sighed of boredom and felt like going home. Ash was on her way back with the drinks when I saw the most beautiful thing I had ever seen in my life coming down the stairs.
It was the one I wanted and longed for. She had come. I pushed Ash out of my way, dumping punch on her dress, but I didn't care. She didn't matter. The only one that mattered was Kia.
I approached her and she hugged me with relief.
"What happened? Why were you late?" I asked.
"No reason. I just really didn't want to come. Kaylee made me come because of you. And I actually forgot that's why I was considering coming."
I looked at her. She changed.
"You got your braces off," I said. "And you aren't wearing your glasses either."
She laughed.
"Yep. I got contacts." She smiled with her newly improved smile.
I smiled and took her hand and we slowly walked outside. That's when I did it. I did it without hesitation. I asked her out and she said yes without hesitation. I knew from then on, we would be together for a long time.
*End Of Flashback*

The bell rang and kids ran out of school. Kia and Kaylee were like the last ones to come out. Kia immediately spotted me and jumped on me. I kissed her cheek.
"What do you have in your hands?" she asked curiously.
"Something for you."
She smiled as I gave the present to her.
"Thank you. I want to open it up at home."
"Why?" I asked.
"I don't know," she replied. "I like looking at things with you only or by myself, so I'll just do it by myself."
"Fine..." I said.
She kissed my lips.
"Thank you though. I'll call you after I open it, ok?"
"Ok."
I walked Kia and Kaylee home. Kaylee stopped first. Then it was Kia's turn to go home. She told me she'd just walk home and she'd be ok. When I asked why all she said was "Nothing, I'll be ok, call ya later!"
I let her walk like ten feet down the street before I called to her.
"Kia!"
"Yeah?"
I walked up to her.
"What?" she said.
"I wanna see you again tonight. I mean, today's our anyversary thing. We should spend time together. Come around to my house at about 8. My parents and sister are leaving at around 6 tonight."
"Ok," she said smiling.
I kissed her and we went our separate ways.

*Later, 7:30*

*My POV*
I thought of how to get out of the house without my parents knowing. I remembered the first time Tré and I had ever snuck out of my house. I climbed out of the window and made it to the ground safely. I ran out of my backyard and down the street. To make the trip faster, I ran the whole way. I arrived at Tré's house and knocked on the door. He opened it and kissed my cheek.
"Hey," he said.
"Hey," I said back smiling.
It was silent for a second.
"Oh! Come in."
I laughed and walked in Tré's house.
"So?" he said.
"So.." I replied.
"Did you open it?"
"Open what? Oh fuck! I meant to bring it here!"
"It's ok. Just do it later."
Tré held my hand as he led me upstairs to his room. He closed the door. I'd been in his room so many times before. I couldn't believe that his room was actually clean. He turned on the TV and laid on the bed with me. He cuddled with me and I eventually stared into his eyes as he stared into mine. He laid on top of me and took off his shirt.
