My life Story..., chapter 2
"Beep, Beep, Beep. Don't wanna be an American Idiot!" The alarm went off. I mumbled "One nation controlled by the media..." I hit the alarm clock.
"Mommy, I like that song," Everest said, all hyper and ready to go to school.
"I know you do," I said, trying to see. I was very tired; the baby kept me up all night.
"Mommy, wake up!" Everest said, jumping all around me.
"I'm up. I'm up," I said, getting up out of bed.
"Mommy... "
"Yes?"
"Can you drive me to school today?" she asked, following me to the bathroom.
"No, I can't sweetie, but I'll pick you up form school," I said, brushing my hair, then brushing hers.
"Okay, I like when you pick me up. Ouch!" Everest yelled, after I brushed through a knot in her hair.
"Sorry honey, you had a knot. So, how do you want your hair?"
"I want my hair like yours Mommy, in a pony tail," she said, looking at me like I was the prettiest thing in the world. "Sure, but after you need to brush your teeth and change your shirt. You wore that shirt yesterday. Silly," I said, putting her hair in a pony tail. "Yeah, yeah, yeah," Everest said. I knew she loved her pink and white heart grenade shirt, but she wore it yesterday.
"Done," I said.
"Thanks, Mommy."
"Your welcome." I got all dressed and ready for work. Everest got changed, and we were ready to go.
"I love you, Mommy," Everest said, giving me a hug and a kiss on the cheek. Then she kissed my belly.
"I love you too! Have a good day at school," I yelled as she ran to the bus. I locked the door to our small, one floor house. I walked to my car. It was a convertible. Cheap one. We loved it. I drove to work.
*6 Hours Later*
I walked out of work and drove to the school. I stood on the side walk, outside the school. A tall man came and stood beside me. He had brown hair and a hat on his head.
"Hi," he said, turning to me. I knew that voice and that face, but from where?
"Hi," I said, trying to figure out who he was. I know! It's...
