My life Story..., chapter 3
"Oh my God, your Mike Dirnt!" I said in shock. "Sorry, I just figured out who you were so don't get freaked out. I also have baby hormones," I said laughing. Mike laughed too.
"Call me Mike."
"Okay."
"Your name is..." Mike said wondering who the hell I was. "Oh yeah, sorry. I'm Sydney Smith. Call me Sydney," I said nervously.
"Nice to meet you Sydney. So who are you waiting for?"
"Oh, my daughter, Everest."
"Nice, I'm waiting for my daughter Estelle."
"That's sweet how old is she?"
"8 years old."
"Oh wow, same with Everest."
"So you're..."
"26 single, have one child, one on the way. Family hates me, got knocked up on prom, he left me. Got married, then he knocked me up and left me," I slatted out fast. His face was in shock. "Sorry, about that it's the hormones." He laughed. "Well you got a life story."
"Sure do," I added. "I never knew Estelle went here."
"You didn't?"
"No, I didn't, we just moved here about 2 months ago, and well nobody likes Everest. She is like me, I guess never belonged. Everest tells me, that no one likes her because all the families here have a mom and a dad," I said looking at mike.
"That must hurt," he said feeling bad for Everest.
"Yeah it does, but she never looks sad. She is such a happy kid. She loves coming to work with me, and loves when I play music in the house."
"You play music?" he asked getting interested in that I was saying.
"Yeah, I have an acoustic guitar that I play for her, and we listen to the radio a lot. She loves music a lot. Especially Green Day, or should I say you?"
"She likes us?"
"Yes. She loves you guys. She wanted to wear her grenade shirt, but she wore it yesterday so I said no," I said hoping he wouldn't think I'm crazy. "I always loved your music."
"Oh."
"God, I'm scaring you aren't I?"
"God no I've heard much worst," he said laughing at me. I laughed too. "I love Everest; I need her in my life, without her I don't know who I would be." I said looking down at my bracelet that Everest made me.
"Yeah I love Estelle, she is my hero," he said looking up at the sky.
"That's sweet... I have a tattoo with Everest's name on it," I said looking at my hip. Everyone could see my tattoo, my belly was huge, and my shirts barely fit.
"I got one here, of Estelle's name."
"Awe that's sweet."
"Thanks, yours too."
