So I haden't planned on sleeping with Jacie, but it was hard not to. She just has that look to her, and it makes me want her more. I just woke up, and she's still asleep next to me. Her curls are spread out over the pillow her head rests on, and she's breathing softly. Her skin was so soft, and it was like, a night to remember.
There is a knock on my bedroom door. "Who is it?!" I called out.
"Me!" Jakob says from outside.
"What do you want me?!"
"To come in!"
"No, I don't think you should come in right now kiddo."
"Why?"
"I'm not dressed."
"Are you covered?"
"Jakob, I'm still in bed, and I don't think you need to come in right now buddy. You know that I don't like little boys climbing on me in bed."
"I'm not little anymore dad."
Jacie opens her eyes, and stretches out a little bit. "Mmmmm, good morning," she says.
"Shhh. My kid is outside the door," I whisper. She mouthes the word oh, and gets up out of bed. She walks to the bathroom and shuts the door behind her.
"Dad! Come on, let me in." Jakob whines from outside.
"Alright, fine," I say. The door swings open and he runs in and jumps onto the bed.
"Hey dad. I'm hungry!"
"So eat," I say sitting up all the way. I wrap the blankets around me so that he doesn't see anything.
"Dad, what happend to that girl? I never heard her leave last night."
"She left, after you went to bed."
"How do you know? You came in here before we went to bed."
"Did I? Well, I don't know when she left, or even if she left. She may have styed the night," I lie, trying not to sound too obvious. Jakob always seemed to know when I was lying about something. He could tell, from my eyes maybe.
"Dad, are you telling the truth? 'Cause I don't think you are."
"Jake, come on buddy. Would I lie to you?" I say, and just as he started to believe me Jacie called me from my bathroom.
"Billie, Do you have like hair conditioner, or just shampoo? My hair is really dry," she calls.
"Dad! She's in your bathroom! What is she doing in there?" Jakob asks.
"She's just taking a shower. Jacie hun! There should be conditioner under the sink in there! But I warn you, it doesn't smell like flowers or any thing like that!"
"That's fine! Found it! Thank you," she says, and I hear the shower water start.
Joey walks into the room. "Hey Dad. I'm sorry I was acting like a jerk last night. It's just that I miss mom, and like she doesn't care any more. I just like, I miss the family aspect."
"Hey kid. I know, don't worry about it. Just don't do it again," I say.
"Why is your shower running?"
"Uh..."
"There's a..." Jakob starts, but is interrupted by my hand covering his mouth.
"I was waiting for the water to heat up," I lie. I hate lying to my kids, but, they are so upset about their mom, and I don't want a repeat of last night.
"Dad! You are still in bed, hello, I'm not as retarded as Jakob."
"Your brother is not retarded. Don't say that," I say, trying to change the subject, but it didn't work, because the shower water just turned off.
"Who's in there Dad?" my oldest son questions.
"Billie, Can I use on of these towels?!" Jacie calls from the bathroom.
"Dad! Oh my God! What the hell is she doing in there!"
"Hey, watch you're mouth."
"Billie, hello? You still out there?"
"Yeah! Use the fucking towels, God!"
"Dad, what about Mom?! Or did you already forget about her!" Joseph screams.
"No Joey, she forgot about me! So I've moved on, and we are done. Jacie is a nice girl, and she makes me happy. Now don't you want me to be happy?"
"Why should you be happy! We aren't."
"Joey, not now, okay."

So now what! My dad is screwing some girl that I have only met once, and he has completly forgotten about my mom, and my little brother is on his side. This sucks, and I don't have anybody to turn to. I'm screwed! And it's my dad's fault. I hate him!

That's it, my kid hates me, and me girlfriend is in the bathroom, so he can hate me more. Life fucking sucks!
