Why Did He Do That?, chapter 1

I guess you could say I am a normal teenage girl, but that would be a lie. You could say I am a lying bitch, that could be a lie depending on what I am lieing about, or if I am being a bitch. But if you were to say, I am a messed up, punk girl with problems, you would win a million dollars.

It started out like this, my parents were young when they had me, my mother wanted to keep me, my father didn't. My father left my mother, when I was three they got back together and married. By the time I was five, my family was falling apart, my mother was pregnant my father was positive it wasn't his...he was right. When my father found this out, he was gone I never saw him again.

My mother remarried...a dick, by this time I was seven. The guys name is Brandon, I never liked him, since he was responsible for my family's break up.
And I had more of a reason when I turned ten.

By the time I was ten, Brandon would beat me if I looked at him wrong, and my mother couldn't do anything about it because she was at work, Brandon wouldn't do a damn thing, and my mother wouldn't believe if I told her.

By the time I was thirteen, I was no longer a virgin, thanks to Brandon. Also, by this time, I was a cutter, but no one noticed, no one at all.

Now being fifteen, and feeling so alone, I don't know what to do, I don't have any friends, I don't remeber my father.

But, that all changed my first day of school when we moved to California, this year.

When I walked in the building, I bumped into someone. But they rushed away, so I didn't have time to say, 'Sorry.'

I found my way to the office, they said that someone would show me around.
Soon, a boy walked in. Red-ish brown hair, taller than me, and beautiful green eyes.

"Hey, I'm here to help a Lizzie around the school," said the boy.

"Ummm...that would be me," I said walking over to him.

"Hey, I'm Billie Joe, but call me Billie. I will show you around the school today," he said taking me down the hallway to my locker.

"Okay, let me see your classes," I gave him my paper. "We have all the same classes, so this will be easy." He gave me back the paper.

"Okay, where do we go first?" I asked, I was kinda shy.

"Well, I'm gonna show you some of my friends, then we will go to class."

We walked, until we came to a group of kids.

"Okay, this is Mike, Tre, Catie, Shaylee, Rosie, Manna, Blake, and Dan," Billie Joe said pointing at all of them.

"Hi, I'm Lizzie," I muttered.

"Are you shy?" the one I think named Tre asked.

"Um, yeah, kinda."

"Well, don't be cause you look like our kind, so don't be afraid, because we are like you," Mike said.

"Okay, guys lets go to class," Catie said walking ahead.

By the time lunch had come, I had found out that Catie and Tre were dating, Mike and Shaylee were dating, Rosie and Blake were dating, and Manna and Dan were dating. I also, found out that Billie Joe had jsut ended a very strong relationship, I felt kinda bad, but I would end it too, if I found my person making out with a jock, or in my case cheerleader.

I had also found out that Mike and Billie were in a band called Sweet Children, and Tre was in a band called The Lookouts!

I was happy I could have people of my own kind, but sad that the day had to end, and that I would be going back to hell.

As the day went on, I found myself being asked if I could go over to Billie's, but in the end I know I shouldn't because, I would get twice the beat I already did.

So, I went back home, ready for my beat, but Brandon was passed out on the couch.

I found my mother upstairs packing.

"Mom, what are you doing?" I asked her.

"Well, hon we are gonna go to a friend of mine that I made at work until I can divorce Brandon," she said walking into my room.

"Okay, who is she?"

"Ollie Armstrong," and with that we were out the door.

When we got to the house we were now staying at, I saw a few kids outside of the house, I noticed one of them was Billie Joe.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" Billie asked.

"Well, fron what I have heard we are staying here until my mom can divorce Brandon, my step-father," I said.

"Yay, I got someone to keep me not bored when Tre isn't here," Billie Joe sang, well dancing around.

And that was the start of my best year EVER!
