I Love You, chapter 3

As soon as Shannen was about to open the door, it swung open revealing Tre with a whole handful of Shannen's clothes. He threw them onto the driveway and smirked while wiping the invisible dust off his hands. Shannen stared at him expecting him to say something.

"This is my house and I'm kicking you out. You don't deserve to live here while you're cheating on me. I should've made you leave a long time ago but that doesn't matter now, the only thing that does matter is that you don't live here anymore." Tre smirked evilly knowing that he was winning.

"Whatever, I wouldn't want to share a house with you anyway. But you know, I do have more stu---"

Shannen stopped her sentence when Tre threw a whole bunch of her other stuff on top of the other pile of clothes sitting on the driveway. Shannen glared at Tre while he was still throwing her clothes outside. She walked Billie over to his car and helped him sit. She slammed the door and stormed over to Tre.

Billie just sat in the passenger seat watching Tre and Shannen fight and scream like banshees. Shannen was screaming at Tre about something and all Tre was doing, was that he kept on grabbing more and more clothes to add to the already huge pile.

"Stop doing that!" Tre said snatching the shirt Shannen snatched from him and threw it.

"You can't kick me out! Where the hell am I going to go?!" Shannen said angrily.

"That's not my fucking problem! And I have every right to kick you out! It's my house! I'm the millionaire here, not you!" Tre yelled.

"You're a fucking ass," Shannen said walking over to her clothes.

"You're a fucking whore." Tre shot back throwing something on top of the clothes so Shannen could see it clearly.

"Goodbye and good riddance!" Tre yelled slamming the door for the final time.

She picked up the object that Tre threw and immediately recognized it as his wedding band. She twisted the little gold emblem in her fingers. She was slowly remembering memories that that small little object held. She slowly began to cry and soon was sobbing all over her clothes while clutching the wedding ring. She had lost her husband, lost her house, and her one true love.

Billie saw the whole thing and once he knew Tre was out of sight stepped out of the car and went over to comfort Shannen. He put his arm around her hugging her close. He began rocking her ensuring her that everything would be fine.

Billie talked in a soothing voice, "Ssshhh...I'm here...it's going to be alright..."

Shannen kept on sobbing uncontrollably while Billie was embracing her,

"Does... th... this... me... mean... we... we're... okay... n... now?"

Billie hugged her closer and closed his eyes knowing that he wanted to get past his feelings for Shannen.

"Yes... we're okay now... don't worry..." Billie said with slight tears running down his cheeks now.

Billie picked the devastated Shannen up and walked over to his car. He laid her down in the backseat and left to get her clothes. He made a few trips of getting Shannen's clothes and putting them in the trunk. He finally was done and climbed into the driver's seat and backed out of Tre's house knowing that he wouldn't see this house again for a long time. He sighed and drove off listening to Shannen's slightly quieter cries.

Billie whipped out his phone and dialed a number, "Hey Kyara that really wasn't a good idea sticking them in a car together."

"Hey, they needed to work out their issues!" Kyara said.

"Well, your stupid plan didn't work all it did was get Shannen kicked out of the house, Tre beating me to a pulp, and leaving Shannen a mess," Billie said a little irritated.

Kyara felt horrible over the other line. "Well, I could've helped if you didn't make me leave!"

"You were fucking sleeping! I couldn't leave them in the car all alone!" Billie yelled.

"Okay... okay... I'm sorry... my plan didn't work..." Kyara sighed.

"No shit..."

Kyara rubbed her eyes. "Well... Shannen can stay with me until she sorts things out."

"I'm taking her to my place because I'm pulling into my driveway right now," Billie said turning into his massive mansion.

"Okay... me and Mike will be over tomorrow?" Kyara asked and questioned at the same time.

"Umm... ok... sure... I'll see you tomorrow," Billie said hanging up the phone.

Kyara hung up her phone and sighed knowing that this was mainly her fault. She rubbed her eyes and laid back in the couch. Mike put an arm around her and began speaking.

"It really wasn't your fault. You tried to fix things and we both knew that Shannen and Tre had to fix things someday, all you did was make it happen sooner rather then later."

"But they didn't fix anything! I made it worse! I got Shannen kicked out of the goddamn house!" Kyara yelled frustrated.

Mike hugged her closer. "It wasn't your fault, believe me. I talked to Tre and he said that he was going to kick Shannen out anyway. So, your plan didn't trigger him to do that."

Kyara pulled away from Mike, "You knew?! You knew he was going to kick her out and you didn't say anything? Why?!"

Mike gave puppy dog eyes to Kyara trying to avoid getting yelled at. "Because I'm a loyal friend and that's what you love about me?"

Kyara's face slowly showed a small smirk. She chuckled a bit and sat down next to Mike and kissed him on the cheek.

"Yes... that is what I love about you. I guess it was bound to happen."

Mike hugged her close again and Kyara leaned on his chest. They watched TV for the rest of the night thinking about their closest friends.

Billie parked his car in his garage and carefully picked up the sleeping Shannen with tear stained cheeks up to his house. He opened his front door with difficulty and walked upstairs to place her in one of the guestrooms he had. He lightly set her down and put the sheets over her careful not to wake her up.

He smiled sympathetically and pushed the hair off her face to give her a kiss on the forehead. He put his lips on her baby soft skin and began walking out the door. He looked back at her sleeping figure and felt his heart rip into pieces knowing she was never going to be the same again.

He walked next door where his bedroom and walked into the bathroom to tend to the many bruises and cuts on his face from Tre. He ran some hot water in the tub and poured some bubbles in. Billie stripped off his clothing and stepped into the tub and sank underneath the bubbles.

I'm sorry Shannen... this is all my fault... I should never have loved you... but I can't help it... you're so beautiful and passionate... I want you to be mine, but if these are the consequences you must go through for me to get to you, I wish not to love you anymore... but that's impossible... knowing the pain you are going through because of me... makes me... love you even more...

Billie sighed and got out of the bath and wrapped a towel around his waist and climbed into his large queen size bed. He lay down on the pillow with mixed emotions running through his mind and body.

The next morning Billie woke up with the bright, shining sun hitting him in the face. He pulled up the covers and tried to go back to sleep but remembered that Shannen was in the other room. He immediately sat up and put on his pants and shirt. The musician walked downstairs and decided to make a cup of coffee for Shannen. As soon as he got downstairs he heard the doorbell ring. He sighed and went up to the door and opened it.

"Where's Shannen?!" Kyara practically pushed her way through.

"Good morning to you too..." Billie mumbled.

"Where is she?! Is she okay?! What exactly did happen?!" Kyara kept on screaming questions.

"Chill Kyara, she's upstairs sleeping," Billie said bringing out two cups of coffee and setting them on the table.

Kyara sat down and sipped her coffee. "You didn't do anything with her right, because if you did I would have to kick the shit out of you."

"You think I would fuck her the night she was a complete and total wreck? God, I'm not that sleezy..." Billie said tiredly.

"I dunno, I was just making sure," Kyara said.

"Yea... hey... where's Mike?" Billie suddenly asked not seeing his best friend around.

Kyara spoke up, "Oh... he went to Tre's house to try and knock some sense into him."

"Oh..."

Billie and Kyara talked while sipping their coffee and eventually decided to go up to the room Shannen was staying in to bring her some coffee. They made their way upstairs and quietly opened Shannen's door.

"Shannen?" Kyara walked into the room.

"Please... I don't want to talk..." Shannen muttered under the sheets.

Kyara didn't accept this, "Come on... please..."

"Kyara, she said no, I think you should listen to her. She's obviously in no mood to talk," Billie said understandingly.

"Of course, you want her all to yourself. You don't even want anyone to talk to her other than you!" Kyara suddenly boomed.

"What the hell?! That's not the reason at all! I just think that Shannen doesn't need anyone to talk to right now."

"Of course she needs someone to talk too! That's the only way she'll get over this!" Kyara shot back.

"Stop fucking arguing over me! Please just get the hell out! I want to be alone!" Shannen screamed sitting on the bed.

Billie and Kyara just stood there blinking and shocked at Shannen's sudden outburst.

"Fine..." Kyara said a little hurt and just walked out.

Billie set down the coffee and some sleeping pills down on the table and smiled weakly at Shannen and left. Shannen collapsed on her bed and sighed wondering how long it was going to take her to get over Tre.
