"Well it's not my fault that you're gone all the fucking time!" Ally screamed at her husband, Billie Joe.
"I know it's not but does the fact that I'm gone a lot give you the right to cheat on me?....WITH THREE DIFFERENT MEN?" Billie Joe screamed right back at her.
"I don't know but I don't give a shit anymore! I'm leaving you and I'm taking Flynt and Ava with me! We're getting out of this place!"

Flynt and Ava were Billie Joe and Ally's son and daughter, and they were five year old twins. The two five year olds sat on the stairs, listening in on their parents' fight. Ava was crying and hugging her twin brother tightly.

"You can't just take them away! You don't have custody of them!" Billie Joe fought back angrily.
"I have already talked to my lawyer and I've been granted custody of Ava and Flynt because I prove to be the most responsible parent, seeing that YOU are always gone!" Ally replied.
"WHAT!? How can you go to your lawyer and get custody just like that? Don't we have to go to court??" Billie Joe was extremely pissed off.
"Well I have custody, god dammit!"
"Do you have papers?? I want to see fucking papers!!!" Billie Joe yelled.
"As a matter of fact, I have them right in my fucking purse!" Ally yelled back.

Ally showed Billie Joe a custody document. Bille Joe was completely defeated, and he fell to his knees in disbelief. He couldn't believe this woman was going to take away his kids. Tears welled up in his eyes. Ally walked out of the room. She had already packed her bags, as well as Flynt's and Ava's.

Ava and Flynt ran upstairs in fear of being caught eavesdropping.

"Did Mommy say we were leaving?" Ava cried to her brother.
"I think so," Flynt replied sniffing, "Are we gonna still see Daddy?" They both went to their own rooms, crying and wondering what was happening.

A couple minutes later, Ally walked into each of their bedrooms, telling them to get their coats on and to go downstairs. When they did, they saw their father, who was crying still.

"I expect child support from you." Ally said to Billie Joe.

He stared at her with disbelief. Is that all she had to say before she ran off with his children?

"Daddy! What's going on?" Ava cried outloud. Billie Joe looked at his daughter and took a brief moment to admire how beautiful she was. He wondered if he'd ever see this little girl who's green eyes and dark brown hair mimicked her brother's and her father's. He wondered if he'd ever see his little girl again.

Billie Joe then looked at his Flynt, his first son. Would he grow up being made fun of for being fatherless? Billie Joe didn't want what happened to himself to happen to Flynt. Both of his children were leaving, and he couldn't stand it.

Ally had already loaded the car with luggage and had two plane tickets in her purse...and ONLY two. She grabbed Flynt and Ava by the hands and led them into the car.

"Daddy!!!" Both Flynt and Ava cried as they got into the car.

Billie Joe ran up to Ally. "Please!" he begged, "Please don't take them away!" His eyes were puffy. Ally got into the car and rolled the window down.

"Have a nice life, you bastard." With that, Ally sped away. Billie Joe fell to his knees into the street.

*******In the Ally's Car*******

"Mommy, where are we going?" Ava asked as she wiped a tear from her own eye.

"We're going to North Carolina, and if you two don't stop crying back there, I'll pull over and leave you on the side of the road! Got it?" Ally screamed at her kids, frightening them. Ava and Flynt were very scared and they held on to each other for moral support.

Eventually, the two five year olds fell asleep in eachother's arms in the back of the car. Ally woke them up an hour later when they arrived at the airport.

"Come on! Hurry up or we'll miss the flight!" Ally told them sternly. She rushed them through the airport, trying to find their gate. They finally found it and sat down in the waiting area with a few minutes to spare. It was finally time to board. Ally took out the TWO tickets.

"Flynt, I need you to wait here for a few minutes with your bag. Me and Ava will be right back, okay?" Ally told Flynt.

"O-Okay." Flynt replied.

Ally and Ava boarded the plane. They both took their seats and awaited take off. After a few minutes, Ava asked, "Mommy, are we gonna go get Flynt now?" Ally didn't reply. Ava asked her once more. Ally quickly thought of something to tell Ava.

"Your daddy decided he was going to take Flynt back after all. He didn't want you so you are coming with me."

Ava cried and sniffed. "Daddy doesn't want me?"

They talked no more and soon the plane took off.

*******In the Waiting Area*******

Flynt was still waiting there. Waiting for his mother to come back. Flynt watched the plane take off and continued to wait there. About an hour had passed and Flynt started crying. A custodian was vacuuming the floors and he noticed Flynt there.

"Well hello, son. What's wrong?" the custodian asked softly.
"My...my mommy got on a plane and said she would come back and...and...and she took Ava and now...and now...and now the plane is gone and she hasn't come back y-yet." Flynt explained, still crying.
"Oh...oh, my god." The custodian said. He put the vacuum down, took Flynt by the hand and walked to the proper authorities.

*********At Billie Joe's House*********

Billie Joe sat on the couch with the coffee machine hooked up to an outlet nearest to the couch. He had already gone through countless cups of coffee. Billie Joe wanted to make sure he'd stay up all night so he wouldn't miss any possible calls from Ally, or even Flynt or Ava. It had been two and a half hours since they had left and Billie Joe just didn't want to admit they were actually gone.

"Maybe I should call Mike or Tre..." Billie Joe thought to himself, "No...What if I miss a call from Ally or Flynt of Ava? I don't even want to take the slightest risk...Jesus...this can't really be happening..."

RIIIIIIIIIING!!! Billie Joe's cell phone was going off. He frantically picked it up and answered. "Hello?"

"Hey, Billie...It's Mike."
"Oh...God...I thought it might have been Ally...Jesus...Anyways, why are you calling?"
"I don't know...I just had a feeling that something happened...And now that I hear your voice, I really do think that something has happened...What's wrong?"
Billie Joe sniffed. "Nothing...nothing..." He sniffed again.
"Well why do you sound like you've been crying?"
"Oh...um..." he sniffed once again "Allergies..."
"Allergies? Oh okay..." There was a silence on the line for about ten seconds. "Allergies my ass. I'm serious, Billie Joe. What is wrong?"
It is silent for a couple of seconds and Billie Joe finally broke down. He tried to explain but the tears kept getting in the way. "I...I...Ally...she...oh god..." Billie Joe stammered.
"Okay Okay. Stop...Stop...I'm coming over and we'll talk. Okay?" Mike told Billie Joe. He then hung up, not giving Billie Joe a chance to oppose.

Twenty minutes later, there was a knock on Billie Joe's door.

"Come in Mike." Billie Joe said miserably.

As Mike walked in, he noticed that Billie Joe looked miserable and sounded miserable. "Hell, Billie Joe...You're miserable."
"Thank you. If the only reason you came here was to point out the fucking obvious, then you can leave." Billie Joe snapped.
"Hey. Chill. I came here cause I'm worried about you and I want to help." Mike said in defense.
Billie Joe sighed. "I'm sorry..." He tried to hold back the tears, "It's just..." Billie Joe broke down again.
"Okay...calm down," Mike said in a gentle voice, "What's happened? Where's Ally?"
Billie Joe gulped. "I found out Ally had been cheating on me." Billie Joe said.
"Oh come on. You have been talking about divorce for so long! You practically hate eachother! That just can't be the only thing that's eating you."
Bilie Joe went silent.
"Bilie Joe...she didn't take..." Mike stopped himself.
"Yes...she took Flynt and Ava!...I CAN'T BELIEVE HER! HOW COULD SHE DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT I DON'T SEE THEM ALOT IN THE FIRST PLACE AND NOW I'LL PROBABLY NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN!" Billie Joe was overwhelmed.
Mike sat there, letting this horrible news sink into him. Billie Joe looked like he was panicking, he was sweating, so he ran to the bathroom, opened the medicine cabinet and took some Ritalin. It was quiet for a little while longer then Mike broke the silence.
"Where did she take---" Mike was interupted by the ringing of Billie Joe's cell phone.
Billie Joe ran to pick it up. "Hello?" He asked frantically.
The voice on the other line replied, "Hello. Uh...is this Mr.Armstrong?"
