Till Death Do Us Part, chapter 5
2 weeks have passed since i left my foster family's house. They seem to ignore my disappearance. Well, not that i care. Anywayz, tomorrow, is my 18th birthday. i dont want to tell anyone because, i'm not the type of person that tells everyone about my birthday. I'm a very private person.
Billie and I were at the beach just walking around holding hands. Then, we chose a perfect spot and sit there to watch the sunset. Billie lay down and I lay next to him, resting my head on his chest. "The sunset is beautiful" I whispered.
Billie was stroking my hair at that time. "Yeah." He whispered back. "But you're much more beautiful then anything else in the world." I looked up to him and smiled. I gave him a quick kiss and lay back down on his chest.
"I love you, Caitlin." Billie said softly.
"Mmm" I whispered back.
The next day i woke up in Billie's bed. He was kissing me over and over again. "Hey.." I said.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" Billie shouted but not too loud.
I was confused but happy at the same time. "what?" I asked him.
"Today's your birthday!" Billie said.
He remembered!! I'm so glad that he remembered. I jumped out of the bed and hugged him tightly. "You remembered!!" I said. "I love you!!"
"Hey, of course i remembered." He said. "C'mon, let's go out and celebrate."
We went all over the place. We ate lunch at a fancy restaurant. Billie bought me some new clothes. And, he said that there's a surprise over at Mike's garage. So, here we are, at Mike's garage.
Billie bought a cake, a small cake and everyone was there. Quinn, Lara, Mike, Tre and Billie. I'm so happy. For once, i'm celebrating my birthday. "Oh my god, you guys. I cant believe you did this to me." I said. "I'm so happy."
"Mike and Tre know the story of your life, Cait." Quinn said. "I told them and they decided to throw a party."
"Yeah. Sorry. I know it's a small party." Tre said.
"It's okay, dudes. This is...whoa.." I said.
"So what do you want -" Billie was interrupted by the sound of the telephone.
"I'll get it." Mike said.
We were talking and talking and eating and drinking. When Mike said, "Yo, BJ, Tre. I have some news."
So, Billie and Tre went off and started talking with Mike. They talked and talked for about 15 minutes before all of them came out. Quinn, Lara and I stopped talking and looked at the rest of the gang. They suddenly looked unhappy.
Billie, who sat next to me said nothing. "Hey, what's wrong?" I asked him.
He regained his composure and just shook his head. "Nothing. Are you enjoying this party?" He asked me.
I nodded. "Of course i am. This is, like, my first birthday party."
"Glad you like it." He said before he leaned in and gave me a kiss. I kissed him back. "I love you." He whispered.
I kissed him and whispered back. "I love you too."
