Buggerfacation, chapter 1

Charlie sat on the cold gym floor watching Shannon twirl her ribbon wondering why in the name of god she had to go to school.
She hated it.
She hated the stupid teenies, the teachers that had nothing better to do than to pick on her and point out every mistake she made and she hated P.E.
"Come on Charlie!" Shannon called over to her. "You can have my ribbon if you want! It's really fun!"
Charlie shook her head.
There was no way in hell she was going to be caught dead doing rythmic gymanastics. She wasn't an idiot.
The bell went and Charlie picked up her bag and went to change out of her P.E daggy P.E uniform.
She had tech next. Fabulous.
Mrs Carpender taught tech and she hated Charlie for some strange reason.
She got changed and headed for the workshop wondering what evil schemes her horrible tech teacher was planning for her today.
She hurried into the workshop and headed for the table where Emma and Caitlin stood laughing at something loudly.
Charlie hated them both.
She sat on the table and didn't speak to them.
Predictably the first thing Mrs Carpender did was walk over to Charlie, peer over her shoulder and snort in disgust at her automata.
Charlie didn't dare look up from what she was doing. She didnt want to cut her hand off with a tenon saw right infront of her evil teacher.
Thank God it was recess soon.

Charlie stepped out of the workshop huffily.
Of course the line for the canteen was so long that it snaked out the door and Charlie really couldn't put up with any more crap today.
She stormed to the quadrangle where her friends Frankie and Kat were waiting and sat on one of the tables feverishly.
"Good to see you survived tech" sighed Frankie.
"I hate this goddamn school!" Charlie spat. "I hate it!"
At that very moment stupid Yohanna walked past followed by her annoying group of pathetic suck-up friends.
She was blabbering on about something.
Charlie head the words 'Green Day' and she immediately began to listen in.
"... They're coming here... To Adelaide... I ordered tickets on the internet... Im so lucky... I get to see Billie Joe up close... it's going to be so hot!" she was saying happily.
Charlie was infuriated.
"The only reason that stupid teenie knows who her precious Billie Joe is-" she began angrily.
"Charlie! They're coming to Adelaide! They're really coming!" cried Kat cutting Charlies muttering off. "We have to go!"
"Phht! There is officially no way in hell we're ever gonna get tickets" laughed Charlie flicking her brown hair. "They're probably already sold out. And I have maths and science next. Buggerfacation!"
