My adventure with Green Day., chapter 2

RECAP:
I found a Bop magazine with a form in it. I filled out the form to win a week with Green Day. My mom wouldn't sign it so I signed it, pretending to be my mom. I went over my cousins house and got bored.

Story:
So I left my cousins. On the way back down the street, I saw my friend, Dylan. "Hey, Sydney!" he smiled.

"Hi bye. Goin' home." I said, still walking. He walked with me home. "Get the hell away from me, Dyl." I said, aggrivated.

"What's your problem?" he asked.

"Well, I don't like people following me, dumb ass!" I said, even more aggravated. He really pisses me off sometimes.

"Fine!" he said in a girlish voice, and walked off. By now I was half-way up my driveway.

"Thank fucking god," I muttered to myself. I ran up the rest of the way. I walked inside my house. "Hey, mom," I said.

"Hey, Syd," she replied. I decided to go on the Internet. One email. It was from my friend, Alie. Or, known as BrokenxDreams on GSB.

"Hi. Ooh...Ahh...OH YEAH....uh...uh Oh...ahh. SOMEBODY FUCK ME!"

That's what she said. She was imitating Billie Joe Armstrong playing Hitchin' a Ride on the movie Bullet in a Bible. It was so funny when she did that! I didn't reply back, though. I went on to www.geekstinkbreath.net and logged in. I had a PM from Alie. It didn't say much, just a basic "hi." I was getting really bored, so I checked what time it was so I could see if it was my bed time. 9:00 PM was my bed time. Yep. It was 9:00. Thank god. I was so bored. I went to sleep. The month dragged by and I completely forgot about the contest. Until I got an email.
It read:

"Congratulations! You have won the Bop contest! You have won a week with Green Day! Bop has booked you a plane ticket to Oakland, California. Green Day will meet you at the airport. We mailed you the ticket. You should get it soon!"

"AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!" I screamed by accident. My mom came sprinting in the room, right in time for me to close the email. "Sydney are you okay?!" she asked worriedly.

"Oh, nothing just--umm I was testing you!" I said, thinking quick.

"You scared the heck out of me!" she said, getting mad.

"Sorry mom!" I said quickly. She marched out of the room. I got my cell phone and sent Vanessa a text message. I said:

"OMG! GRASSHOPPER I WON THE CONTEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Yeah. It was after school Monday, and my mom hasn't checked the mail yet.

"Mom I'll check the mail," I told her. I raced out the door and down my driveway. I checked the mail and found one from Bop magazine. It was included with a plane ticket to California. The letter read:

"Congratulations, Sydney. Here is your plane ticket to Oakland, California. Thank you for competing in this Bop contest! You'll be leaving November, 1 2006!"

I almost screamed again, but I thought I better not. I ran back up the driveway and stuffed the letter and ticket in my pocket. I walked inside and gave my mom the other mail. It was October, 31, so I had to leave tomorrow. I already went trick-or-treating if you're wondering.

"Thanks, hun," my mom said and I went to my room to call Grasshopper to see if her mom could drive me to the airport the next day. I dialed her number and waited as it rang. "Hello?" this time Grasshopper answered.

"Hey! Guess what? I won the contest! I wanted to see if you and your mom could drop me off at the airport tomorrow?" I asked hopefully.

"Hold on...I'll ask her..." Grasshopper said. "She said yes, GD! But how the heck are you sneaking past your mom?" she asked me.

"I'll tell her we're going to a party," I said. "Okay bye!" she said. It was 9:00, so I went to sleep.

The next day, I went to school, as usual. I hate it sometimes, sometimes like it.
It depends. The day dragged by until recess. "Hey! I wish I could go with you to Cali," Grasshopper told me.

"So do I, but I only have one ticket, plus they didn't say I could bring a friend!" I told her sadly, but inside I was jumping for joy. Not because she couldn't come, but because I was lucky enough to. The rest of recess we talked about Green Day and current events and gossip.

I did my homework when I got home. Math and science. Bleh. When I was finished, I heard a car beep outside. I told my mom Grasshopper and I were going to a party. She totally bought it! Anyway, I waved bye to her and went outside and jumped in Mrs. Trincados SUV. Mrs. Trincado is Grasshopper's mom by the way.

"Hey, Sydney! Excited?" Mrs. Trincado asked me.

"Of course!!!" I practically screamed.

"Geez ya didn't have to tell the whole world!" Grasshopper said.

After about an hour of silence, we got to the airport. "Okay, ya know where to go?" Mrs. Trincado asked me.

"Yeah," I said. I haven't been to an airport before, but judging from some movies, I was pretty sure I knew what to do.

"Bye!" Grasshopper and her mom said.

"Bye!" I said back, walking to the airport entrance. I walked up to the main desk and gave the clerk lady. She instructed me to go to place 5. I walked to "5" when I noticed--I hadn't packed ANYTHING! I couldn't go back! Well, it's only a week, I thought. I waited in line then when I was up I could finnally get on the plane.

I walked through the plane and sat down where the other lady told me. Seat A2. So I sat there. The only thing I bought was my purse and my iPod. I listened to my iPod for about an hour, when all my songs were up. I turned it off and noticed there was still 5 hours left then I would be in California. I slept for the next 5 hours until I heard the pilot yell, "We're at California!" and then everyone raced off the plane. I got off last, of course. I got off with my purse and iPod.

"You must be Sydney?" I heard a familiar voice ask me. I turned around and saw the one and only Billie Joe Armstrong looking at me with his adorable sun glasses. "Umm--uh y--eah..." I stammered.

"Come on!" he said and pulled me by the arm to a limousine. He picked me up and through me in the thing.

"Whoa...you--you touched me!" I said, bewildered.

"Yes. Let me guess. You're never washing yourself again?" he asked, smiling.

"Umm...actually no!" I said. Then I noticed Mike and Tre sitting next to me. "AHH!" I screamed as I saw them.

"I'm not that scary am I? BACON!" Tre' said. I looked at him in a funny way.

"Tre, you are such a retard," Mike said.

"Guys, this is Sydney," Billie Joe told Tre and Mike. Billie patted my back. I lunged forward and squealed a short squeak. He didn't pat that hard, I was just...ya know excited that the ona and only Billie Joe Armstrong touched me! And I was wearing a backless top! "Whoa. I didn't hit you that hard, did I?" he asked me, sounding a bit worried.

"No. Never!" I said, and looked at him with those Oh-my-god-I-think-I'm-in-love-with-you eyes.

"Billie I think she likes you...Ooh...What will Adrienne say?!" Tre said.

Soon, we were at a hotel. "Are we staying here for the week?" I asked the guys. "Yep! We're going to sleep in the same room, so I'm sleeping with Mike...eww that didn't sound right, but that's the way it is...anyway, you, Sydney are sleeping on the other bed with..." he paused looking a Tre thinking, Tre was looking at him with beggin eyes. "Nobody. Tre''s sleeping on the floor with a pillow and sheet," Billie said.

"What?! But she's hott!!!" Tre' said. I literally almost fainted.

"Tre, you're sick!" Billie told him. "Sydney, if he tries to "come on to you," tell me!" Billie said, a bit protective. I almost fainted then too. How could he care so much about me and not even know me? Anyway we got out of the limousine.

"Okay, I'm booking us, stay out here, Mike, make sure Tre doesn't, umm, well "come on to" this poor 13 year old!" Billie glared at Tre. We waited as Billie booked us. Tre kept looking at my butt so Mike pushed Tre the other direction.

"Stop!" Mike told him. Billie then came back. "Room 23. We're right near it so we don't have to park the limo somewhere else, come on, move your asses!" Billie smiled. We went about 3 doors down and found room 23. "Did you bring any luggage?" Billie asked me.

"No. I forgot. I only bought my purse and iPod," I told him. "How the hell could you forget?" he asked me, smiling.

"I was so worried if my mom found out I was here," I said.

"You mean your mom doesn't know?" he asked me. Tre and Mike were in the room with their bags.

"Well...not really..." I said.

"Sweet. I don't care. You did leave them a smart-ass note, right?" he laughed.

We walked in the hotel room and I sat down on my bed. Tre sat next to me. "I have to go to the bathroom," Tre said. He looked down my top as he went by.

"Damn it, Tre stop," Billie said. "Do you want me to sleep with you instead of Tre sleeping on the floor next to you?" he said.

"YES!!!" I screamed.

"Well ya know we're sleeping at least 10 inches apart and...yeah," he warned.
