A Letter To Elise, chapter 2
****flashback starts****
"-Come on Robert, let's go and play outside"
"-Wait Elise, I have to put my shoes on, I'll be ready in a moment"
"-Ok, nut hurry up, the rain will not last forever, and we have to enjoy it"
"-Ok, I'm ready, but why do you want to play under the rain, we will catch a cold"
"-I think its funny to play and getting wet, it feels exciting.
Both kids were runing and running, Robert was trying to catch Elise, but she always managed to get away when he had chased her. Both were very happy till it was time to go inside.
****flashback pauses****
"-What happened to all those moments Robert"-Elise asked to herself "-Why do I feel something is wrong even though nothing is. I wish I could go back and enjoy all those happy moments you gave me, I want to be happy again.
****flashback starts again****
"-Mom, why are we always separated, I wish I could be with him all my life"
"-Elise, is not that I don't like that boy, but his mother needs him. And you always play, why are you complaining? I could let you play every time you want, but there's also time for eating, doing homework, and be with your family.
"-Yes, but Robert is very funny and interesting.
"-Sweety, you are 12 years old, you've known him since 5, I'm surprised how a friendship can last.
"-And I will make it last forever if can. I just need to spend more time with him.
"-Ok ok, you can be with him, I'm not forbidding you.
"-But your tone of voice sounds as if you were.
"-Ok, think what you want. Now eat your food before it gets cold. And then you can go to read or watch T.V, and prepare to see Robert tomorrow.
"-Ok, I love you mom.

Elise was very confused. She once wished to spent her time with Robert, and now she didn't know what she wanted. She cleaned the tears, and her nose, and she went upstairs to rest.
"-Hey, I thought you need time to be alone" said Robert when he saw her entering the room
"-Yes, but Now I don't. I'm tired as I told you, can we sleep now?
"-Yes, sir."-he said joking and smiling, and waiting for a smile from her, but she didn't make any face. She just lay down and asked him to turn off the light.
Robert did as she told him. But he was wondering what could be happening to Elise.
The clock was running, as time passed, Robert couldn't fall asleep 'cause Elise's attitude was very strange. But he remembered that they once had a fight for something insignificant, but Robert made it big. "That may be the reason, but we ended up happy and laughing. There was nothing bad of it. Well, I think tomorrow I can think more clear, I'm dying to sleep."
Robert fell asleep, his look was sad, but he turned and hugged Elise till he fell asleep. Elise made some movements to get rid of Robert, cause she felt comfortable. That was a sad picture, a man trying to love his wife, and a woman who felt uncomfortable for receiving hugs. But they were married. In a brief sentence "Something was going wrong with their marriage, and they didn't know"...
