A Letter To Elise, chapter 3
The next day, Robert woke up early to go to work but Elise was not there, when he went downstairs, he noticed her sleeping in the couch. He just thought she wanted to be alone, so he didn't mind. He had breakfast with the same jubile of always but this time alone. Elise open his eyes a little and noticed him but she closed her eyes quickly; he was excited to go to work, but he didn't feel good at all. The attitude of Elise was bothering him; he went to work a little rushed.
Elise woke up later, and she noticed that Robert had breakfast alone, it didn't happened in the past, it was the first time they didn't share words on breakfast. She stood up and went to have breakfast too. There was just cereal and fruits, and she decided to take some fruits. After that, she went to watch some TV, but nothing interesting was on. So she turned off the TV very angry and she went outside to take a walk.
Later that day, Robert came back, and he noticed dinner was not ready, so he went to the store to buy something to eat and he also bought something to Elise. In the way back, he was thinking of the first day of secondary school.

Some guys arriving at school by themselves, other were brought by their mothers or fathers. Robert was walking alone, with an enthusiastic face of meeting new people. He knew Elise was going to be there, so he cheered up even more. He waited sometime, but no sign of Elise. He decided to go inside and head to his classroom.
As he entered, he noticed that some girls looked at him, and some boys said hi to him. It was a good beginning for him. He rapidly made new friends. But he was waiting for Elise to appear.
When it was lunch time he went with his new friends, and by magic, he saw Elise very distant, he took something from the lunch table and headed to Elise.
"-Hey Elise, I brought you this. I can see you haven't eaten anything.
"-Thanks Robert, I needed it, I was late for school, so I decided to take a walk around school to see some more places. I was expecting you.
"-I was waiting for you too in the entrance at 8:00"
"-I wish I was there to go to the class room with you.
"-It can be tomorrow, you will be here early right?
"-Yes, I will be there.

Robert arrived home, and Elise was there, sitting again in the couch with the TV turned on, but with a low volume. "Hi,"-she said.
"-Hi Elise, I went to the store, and got you this.-he said as he took out from the bag the food he brought.
"-You shouldn't have mind. I already had dinner when I went to the park.
"-You know what? today's morning, when I came to have Breakfast, I saw you sleeping, I wanted you to have breakfast with me, but I knew I had to let you sleep. I was waiting for you to wake up, so I ate breakfast very slow. Then when I finished, I felt you were very tired, so I didn't mind in saying goodbye, I was late for work.
"-You did wrong. I woke up till 11:30, you should't have waited and you could be early at work. I may guess you missed the meeting at work.
"-Yeah, but I didn't feel bad cause I knew I was wating for you.
"-Ok, let's forget about it. Did you know that...- And Elise changed subject. Robert loved her, but inside his heart, he was getting tired of her attitude...
