You Never Know What Might Happen, chapter 1
I leaped out of my bed, knowing that today I was going to my first Green Day concert... of course, I know im 18 and I know its pethetic, but I am so fucking happy...
(It was the year of 1995)
As I leaped out of my bed, I got dressed and headed downstairs... I didnt know what to do today.
As I went downstairs I looked at my backstage pass that my mom had gotten me for my birthday, I couldn't wait to go to the concert. I was hoping that I would see Green Day. Of course it wad my only dream to go see them.. and for Billie Joe to fuck me... Wasn't it what every girl wanted?
Today, I wanted to look more punky then I ever had, so I put my black jeans on with my skull belt, I put my black beatin up converse on, and a black and black striped tee.
I headed outside and went to school... Of course I didnt want to go, but it was my last year, and my second last day of school, so I didnt really care.
The day was finally over and I was so excited, I was going to the concert with my bestfriend Jimmy... Jimmy was a guy we have been best friends since the first day we met, I couldnt help it that the fact was I think I had a crush on him, but there was no time. I had to get home and get ready... so I took and shower and I left my straight black hair down thinking I would be more attractive then.
So I went in my car and I picked Jimmy up, he was excited also. We both were huge fans of Green Day, and knew all of their songs. I'd have to say my favorite GreenDay song was; At the Library, Im not quite sure about Jimmy i think he loved all of their songs.
We got to the concert, and we went in and showed the guard our tickets, after that we went backstage and we saw Green Day.I was so happy I saw them with my own two eyes
" Jimmy!! Jimmy!! Do you see what I see" I said
"Oh my god!!! Its Green Day!!" Jimmy screamed back at me so excitedly
" I think Billie Joe is comming over here, I think he is sooo hot" I said wispering to Jimmy
Billie Joe was comming over here and was about to talk to us.
" Hey..." He said not knowing my name
"Jenn, and this is my bestfriend Jimmy" I said pointing to Jimmy
" Nice to meet you" Jimmy said.
" Yeah, we're big fans of your" I said
" Well, thats nice to know, I have to go and get ready to preform but come here after so we can talk" Billie Joe said to me as he was winking.(at me of course)
I sat there for a minute taking in all he just said, plus the winking. I cant believe Billie Joe Armstrong just winked at me plus talked to me...
After a minute or so, we went to go get out sits, we were right next to the stage. As Billie Joe was singing, he saw me and winked at me. I could not believe what he just did... Again, that was the second time.
Billie Joe and I, would make a good couple I think, well him and I are both single and he is only 23, I think he might like me... I mean he does want to talk to me and he did wink at me twice in like 30 minutes.. .But I shouldnt jump to concusions.
The concert was done, they ended the concert with the song Welcome To Paradise, one of my favorite songs.
After that we went backstage again, and guess what.. we saw Billie Joe... I was so excited.. He came walking towards me and I started getting nervous...
