On The Other Side, chapter 2
~*~*No more POV~*~*
"LILY! LILY WAKE UP!" Veronica yelled, hitting Lily in the head with her pillow. "What?" Lily asked, clearly annoyed by the wake up call.
"You're going to be late for your class if you don't hurry up!"
"Why would it matter to you?"
"Cuz I want you to graduate. You're still hungover from last night but I'm making you go anyways! No complaints." She added as Lily opened her mouth.
Veronica went to Lily's closet and threw her a Happy Bunny shirt that said 'You're ugly and that's funny' and a pair of black pants. "You can get the rest. I need to go meet Mike since he's walking with me. And stay up!"
Veronica walked out the door and almost ran into Mike.
"Oh. Hey, Mike!" she said cheerfully.
"How can you be this awake?!" he asked. "I just had 2 cups of coffee and I'm numb."
"You get used to it at my house. You know, being woken early because of your brother and sisters."
"Oh, yeah. Do you ever miss them?"
"Not much Danny. He's like the devil in disguise. Emily and Rose are good though. I guess I miss them sometimes."
Mike and Veronica continued the walk to class. Halfway there, they saw Billie Joe walking by himself up ahead.
"Billie!" Mike called and Billie Joe stopped so that they could catch up.
They finished the walk to class talking about how terrible the teacher was going to be today. Espesscialy to Mike and Billie Joe since they were both hung over.
"I'm going to take roll call, class!" Ms. Robinson called out.
"Mr. Armstrong."
No answer.
"Mr. Armstrong?!"
"Whose that?"
"YOU! YOU'RE MR.ARMSTRONG YOU RETARDED, HUNGOVER, LITTLE BRAT!!!!"
(That sounds JUST like Ms. Robinson (FACS teacher) at my school!)
"My friends call me Billie Joe. Or Billie. Sometimes $2 Bill."
"No smart talk," she said, and then she started crying her eyes out.
(Just like Ms. Robinson!)
"Go to the office! And if anyone would rather join that stupid druggie than be in my class, go ahead!" she yelled.
To her surpise, a third of the class stood up and walked out behind Billie Joe.
Ms. Robinson began to cry even more.
(That really happened at my school. Only, Billie Joe, Mike, and Tre were'nt there!)
