Well who: GREENDAY AND SIMPLE PLAN!
when: LAST THURSDAY, 10th of MARCH
where: MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA
Simple Plan wer up starters, but if you wanted any concert merchindice you had to miss half of it. So I sent my brother off to get me a tee while i watched :P
Being not such a big fan of Simple Plan... Being able to say THEY ROCKED is a big thing. 'Cause they did. Basically they looked hotness and considering that more than half of the crowd were just sitting waiting for Green Day to hurry up and get onstage, they got huge applause and screams.
After half an hour of Simple Plan, Green Day FINALLY made their entrance. LOVED IT.
Everyone screaming, Billie Joe, Mike and Tre made their entrance and played hit after hit, be all time faves and many from their latest cd (after all they were promoting it). All over the place ppl dancing, singing along, playing air guitar.. just savoring the moment really. Me and my friend spent the whole time standing up on our seats, dancing, playing air guitar, singing... It really was possibly the best concert I've been to in ages.

Well about 3/4 way through the show they picked out three people to replace each of them on their instruments, to play. The drummer chosen was actually a mate of my friends, but when Billie Joe picked out the guy to play lead guitar for him it was hilarious. The guy ran on stage, grabs Billie Joe into a hug and starts fully pashing him. :P Lucky buggar :P. And he got to keep the guitar.
