East Rutherford, NJ Giants Stadium, August 31st, 2005

Green Day has assended to the shit state of New Jersey once again, but this time with JEW (Jimmy Eat World) and Against Me instead of Sugarcult and NFG (New Found Glory). I couldn't believe it, Giants Stadium. This show was amazing. over 200,000 people and almost sold out. I don't think anyone but Green Day can do this on one of there biggest tours and aparently one of there biggest shows also.

So first you have Against Me. It is a great band overall, but I don't think it was fit for this tour. Not many people where into it cause it is not that music most people at a Green Day concert would like to listen to right then and there. I was pritty into it but my freinds weren't really. Personally I wanted an Irish band at that moment like Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphys, and Black 47.

Next was JEW, one of my top 30 favorate bands. They played there hits which everyone was into, but the rest everyone just cheered. They are must better live then on the record. One of the best live performances I've ever heard.

Finally, Green Day was on, after the drunk looking pink bunny singing to YMCA and randomly throughing easter eggs. So great. Ride the pink bunny.

Green Day finally came on around 8:40. Puppets, costumes, fire, pirotecnicks, fireworks, light up green day sign, light up signm people getting on stage and playing, intro of everyone playing on stage with Green Day and Green Day, Wake Me Up When September Ends dedicated to the hurricane victumes, crowd roaring, that Animal House song involving shouting, and staight out craziness with their new and old stuff, everything you can ask for. Here was the song list (atleast what I remember of it).

American Idiot
Jesus of Suburbia
Holiday
Are We The Waiting
St. Jimmy
Longview
Hitchin' a Ride
Brain Stew
Jaded
Basket Case
Knowledge
King for a Day
that animal house song
Wake Me Up When September Ends
Minority

Encore:
Maria
Bolevard of Broken Dreams
We Are The Champions
Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life)

Great concert overall. Tied the one last year. Sorry, but I'm bad at reviews, so it would of been better to be there for it. Sorry, for wasting your life. 10/10
