Yesterday was the best concert ever! (at least in my opinion) At exactly 7:00 one of the opening acts, Against Me, came out and played a half an hour set. They were pretty good. Next came Jimmy Eat World, who got the whole crowd going before Green Day. They played:

After about a half an hour of getting everything ready for Green Day, Blitzkreig Bop came over the speakers. Right at the last note of the song, the lights shut off and the sound of the main act came on! Green Day ran on stage and played one hell of a show! First they played American Idiot to get the New England crowd on their feet!
After that the broke into Jesus of Suburbia. During Dearly Beloved, Billie Joe took some kid's Red Sox hat and put it on for that part of the song. Everyone cheered. After Jesus of Suburbia, Billie Joe said, "This song is about my frustration with all the fucking politicians!" You know what he's gonna play. Holiday! After that they broke out some old stuff and new stuff. Even throwing Knowledge in there and letting the guitarist keep the guitar. Their set was:
