Houston, TX - Reliant, October 19th, 2004
In Houston, New Found Glory and Sugarcult opened for Green Day. I didn't get there in time to see Sugarcult but NFG was freaking awesome.
After NFG we waited a while and once Green Day came out everyone starting freaking out and they played American Idiot. After American Idiot they played Jesus of Suburbia and then Holiday.
After that Billie Joe started masturbating and then they started playing Longview, during this time they played a bunch of old stuff but I was too busy jumping up and down to remember the order. They played Basket Case, She, Hitchin' A Ride, Brain Stew, King For A Day. And then they played St. Jimmy followed by Homecoming, (order may be wrong).
After that they played Wake Me Up When September Ends, which was nice, everyone got to rest from jumping up and down. Then they left and we called for and encore and they playe Minority and Billie Joe busted out his harmonica. Then We Are The Champions and Blvd of Broken Dreams. After that song Tre and Mike left and Billie Joe stayed and played Good Riddance by himself.
This was the best concert I have every been too. It was so amazing. Before Billie joe left the stage he told us to always question authority. Then we waited a while to leave because it was crowded. The concert was totally worth the money, I only wish I could have seen them in their earlier days.
