Aah ~ thing is they are usualy ok if you ring them up but it might take a whie considering its the mad dash for spaces its cleaning time as well. My friend did the same thing the other week and they had it sorted within 48 hours and had sent her another loan award within 10 days

SAAS are a bunch of twats don't worry your not the only one who has had problems with them bb, you just have to be demanding anf have a go at them about it or you won't get anywhere with them.

I think that needs to go down as a change of circumstances, you will have to find SAAS in the morning when the helpline opens and one of their customer services people might have to unlock your app so you can sort it out, or you can tell them your change over the phone.
They are a complete pain in the arse, my friends tell me I'm the only one who's never had a problem with them. Last year they were complete arseholes about my loan because my mums a single parent so I only had one income and they asked for like 98765432x letters and evidence and sh*t my mum went mental down the phone at them about it *headdesk*

For me I filled out the form and where it asks you for what your applying I ticked like tuition fees, loan, bursary all up to the full amount and just filled in the form. To be honest I didn't have to do anything really SAAS tell the uni your paying and some places you have to do all the leg work but at my uni they did everything for us for the tuition fee front.

Yeah I had my loan last year so all I did was go in to their site and hit reapply and they use everything from last year to sort your loan out, all you have to do it reinput this years earnings and thats it sorted. I did mine in like 10 mins and had my award though a week later. Mind you I did mine in June and got it done early so it was out the way.

Oh, Actually no. Although I do not watch international news I only watch local. If someone says something bad though I'll set them right straight. :] I think Scotland is cool anyway. We're studying Scotland in the Shakespeare Class I'm taking.
