Oh....
I don't get why people can't clean up their own trailers, I mean, I understand it if they're handicapped or old or something of that nature. But, my family used to have a trailer as a second home in Maine, and we always kept it clean! We sold it for twice as much as it was worth b/c it was so clean and in such working condition.
I praise you for having the energy and time to do that! N the patience...
