What Would YOU Do If Green Day Released A rap/Hip-Hop Album?

everyone says how they'd hate it and how rap/hip hop makes them sick.

i would like to hear tré rap. would be interesting.

i would buy the album if it was good. some rap ist good.

Finally someone here appreciates good rap/hip-hop. I know the cliche things people see on television with rap is primarily about sex, hoes, drugs, cars, and clothes, but you have to remember that there are other artists out there who actually have TALENT, and talk about real life problems. But im not offended, to each his own. I would pay Tre to rap for me, I think it'd be the most hilarious thing. But I dont think I'd buy the album, they should let rappers do the rapping.

I don't like rap. I would seriously despise Green Day if they did that.

But maybe that's just my opinion.

Imagine the car they used in the Holiday MV as a low rider. I could imagine them in a MV driving a low rider all pimped out, and they all are smoking a joint . I would by the album.

I'd listen to it. No matter the genre, Green Day is Green Day. Kick ass & exquisite. Maybe it would seem a little strange listening to it, but it's the lyrics that are important; not always the beat in the backround.

In an interview with AP I believe, Billie Joe said he disliked Emeniem for his slanderous lyrics and deragoaroty views towards women. i think it was AP

Eminem is a good songwriter, but I just don't like hip-hop or rap. If Green Day released a hip-hop album, I'd buy it.
