Yeah, accurate observation. That's me.

I love it and hate it at the same time.

Oh I don't do immature, haha.

It's a love hate relationship. If London's good to me, then I love it. If it's bad to me then I don't.

Fair enough one thinks.

HARRY POTTER.

(see, on topic).

I'm dragging my newly converted friend along. I lent her the first book and she ended up really getting into it, and she's already started the second.

So I'm gonna make her read it all so she's uptodate, and then I'm gonna drag her to the film on the opening day.

My friend hadn't read a book in ages, so it was actually amazing when she told me she'd really got into it.

She told me yesterday she had about five chapters left, and then today she took it out of her bag and gave it back and said "I'm on the second one now" haha.

She was amazed that she read five chapters in one day.

I didn't mention that I read HBP in 8 hours. Haha.

Wow. eight hours? wow. I've read the first two in a day but that's the best I could do. I'm not a very fast reader.

I was housebound cos my leg was strapped up, so I was basically reading nonstop all day.

I finished it and I was like...hmm. And then I had a sandwich.

I read OotP in 2 days, but it was my mum's birthday when it came out....and I was blind for the morning so there was a lot of disruption. Haha, disruption.

Yeah, it was quite cool.

*sigh* My best friend's granddad's just died...a year to the day that my own granddad died. In fact there's only about 20 minutes between it. So that's really weird.

Meh, it's over and done with. It's my mate I'm worried about. It's just weird thinking that I was in her position exactly this time last year.

Weird, no?

I don't suppose she'll be coming stand up tomorrow. We've been looking forward to that.

Yeah, she's a tough cookie. I've got no doubts that she'll get through it. I'm proud to call her my friend.

Anyway. Back on topic.

What's with Harry's posh hair cut in this film?

Nah, I think that was getting a bit too long, but the short hair just makes him look like he's from the 1930s.

And goes to Eton.

And says things like 'Jolly good, old chap!'
