Mosquito

mos•qui•to /məˈskitoʊ/ [muh-skee-toh]
Any of numerous dipterous insects of the family Culicidae, the females of which suck the blood of animals and humans, some species transmitting certain diseases, as malaria and yellow fever.

After the past few nights my definition of a mosquito would be:

mos-qui-to [muh-skee-toh]
An insect which lives to annoy people, especially those with the name of Siobhan. They will swoop you at night time, causing those attempting to swat them to punch themselves in their own face.

I've had mosquitos trying to kill me for the past few nights. They don't swoop me when my light is on. They wait until I'm trying to sleep, then they attack. I just hear the drone of them getting louder and louder, so I swat them away. But it only deters them for a minute or two. Then they're back.

I actually punched myself in the face the other night whilst trying to swat one away. I got them this morning though. I bug sprayed them good.
