I've been through more in life than some adults according to my counselor.
All throught out my life almost my parents have argued at sometime or another. I've dealt with seeing some one die, being covered in my mothers blood after a car accident, an pain killer addicted mother, watching my mom starve herself and end up in the hospital time smany times on the brink of death,my dad leaving for 3 weeks.
They seem like little thingss but to a 13 year old surronded by them there not. I still have to remind my mother to eat. Shes finally off the pain killers after years and years. I guess things weren't right after I was born with the lost of my twin and grandmother.
And believe me I know people have it much worse. Many gsbians do. But sometimes I just need to write things out and look back and see what i've been through. I've survived a temperature of 104 at age 3. I've coped with the death of several family friends one of them whom died in the room next door to where I am now.
I'm pretty much giving up on my father...I do not care for him to much anymore. I know that sounds wrong but he hurt me bad.
I'm sorry.

It's better to let things out then keeped them up in your head; you will go insane. It takes a lot of courage to admit you have problems and then to talk about them.

It's good to get things out.
Wow that sounds cheesy, but it helps me. Like, sometimes I'll just scream things into my pillow cause I don't wanna talk to any of my family members. But then there's that fact where I can't trust a single one of them.
But yeah. It helps me.

The best thing to do in times of distress is just try and cope.
Dwell on the happy things as much as you can,
and you really have been through more things than many adults,
but you arn't alone.
I think everyone on GSB has had tragic affairs in there life
but theres nothing wrong with writing them down
Just wear a smile and as long as that remains on your face, than nothing should get you down.
