How to get flirty lips
Did you know that the first thing men first look at when they see a woman is their lips? There is not much that is more attractive than well-formed neat lips. They make you want to touch them, feel them, kiss them. And it is so easy for all of us to get flirty and kissy lips.
What lips tell us
° Glaring red lips signal that you are in for an adventure, whereas a girly rosé awakes a man’s protective instinct – a man who’s in for that could be the man for your life.
° Keep smiling! A shy smile shows your interest and makes a guy believe he has conquered you. A provoking grin could be taken as an invitation for a One-Night-Stand.
° Touch your lips with your fingers. It shows intimacy and raises the hope of the man to be the next one to kiss those lips.
° Softly lick your lips with your tongue. This is maybe the most explicit flirt sign. But be careful, don’t do it that much if you’re looking for a serious relationship. To lick your lips usually makes guys think that you are just looking for sex.
° Open your mouth a little. This indicates that you’re interested in someone. Alternatively, a closed mouth makes it seem like you’re rejecting him.
Look after your lips
° Indulge in your lips. A peeling will do them good. This gets rid of old skin and makes your lips soft. You don’t need to buy any expensive lip peelings. A tip from me: You can simply use a toothbrush and massage your lips with it.
° You lips need moisture or they will get dry. Also use lip balm. It makes your lips soft and prevent them from getting dry. But be careful! Don’t use lip balm too often. It will lose it’s effect. Also be careful with what you buy. Not every lip balm is good for your lips. I personally use Balea Young but I’m not sure if you can get it outside of Germany or Austria. I have made negative experience with Labello, but everyone has different lips so you should try out yourself what’s best for you. If a lip stick/lip balm makes you need to use it more often and gets you "addicted" then it’s most likely not a good one.
° To put colour on your lips you can use all different kinds of lipsticks. Make sure lipsticks and/or lip-gloss don’t make your lips dry out though. There are so many different kinds of products. You have to go and find the one that suits you most. Shops like Douglas or similar ones provide free personal advice.
° A personal tip from me is to use Penaten Creme. Unfortunately, I was not able to find a good translation for it. It's creme that you usually use for babies. If you know what it is in English, or know any similar product, please let me know.
When I have dry lips I put it on my lips at night and wipe it off with a wet cleansing tissue when I wake up. It makes my lips really soft and helps me more than any other product.

° If your upper lip is clearly bigger than your bottom lip you can put some beige coloured kohl on your upper lip to make it seem smaller and use a slightly darker kohl to make your bottom lip seem bigger. But don’t draw on the outline of your lips, draw on the outside of your lip.
° If you have a slim upper lip you also use kohl. If you draw on the outside of your lips it makes your lip seem fuller, if you draw it on the outline it makes it seem smaller. Be careful with shiny lip-gloss, it underlines your bottom lip.
° If you have full lips you should use matt colours to not make your lips seem even bigger. Also you should not use lip-gloss. Stick with soft colours such as rosé.
° To make slender lips seem fuller you should use light colours because dark colours make your lips seem slender. To use lip-gloss is better than lipstick because it makes your lips shimmer and seem fuller.

A good chapstick to use in the US that i've found is Burt's Bees, it's a bit more expensive than normal chapstick but it has great results.
