Help! Anybody that khows about seasons and the Tropic Of Cancer+ The Tropic Of Capricorn come here!

What the heck is the Tropic of Cancer and The Tropic of Capricorn? What does that have to do with seasons? Help! I have this project due on MONDAY!!

They lie at 50 or something degrees above the equator and below [Caner above, Capricorn below i think] and there are no seasons, it's really hot, but there is alot of rain
