Why should THEY control OUR lives?

I was reflecting on the past 7 or 8 miserable years of my school life today, and I wondered why it all sucked so bad. Well, I got my answer faster than the Flash headed across the street: Bullies.

For years I've had to take their crap, and I got sick of it pretty fast. From first grade to 6th, I was the target for most bullies. The kids on the bus called me names and made snide comments about my personal life. The popular preppy girls commented on just about everything under the sun, and believe me, it wasn't even in the same UNIVERSE as nice. Some kids got a kick out of pushing me down the stairs, shoving me on the bus so my knee hit the metal seats, squirting me with paint in art class, and knocking me off of high places like the slide and that big brick wall outside of the cafeteria. In 5th grade, the school counselor, that's right, SCHOOL COUNSELOR, was just as bad as the students. She hit me, called me names, convinced my parents that I was suicidal, put me through therapy classes in her smelly office so that I would miss my favorite class, telling me that all my ideas, philosophies, reasons, and pretty much my overall outlook on life were invalid, etc.

And I'm not the only one who went through that. When I stopped giving a funny reaction (and started giving them regular visits to the doctor) they just shunned me. BOO HOO. Like I care. We've all gone through some of that at least once, just like we've all given it.

But, right now, I'm focusing on the REAL bullies. The ones who do it for pleasure and personal gain. Why should WE be THEIR chewtoys? Why do WE have to take THEIR crap? Why should WE let THEM control OUR lives??? Because we're scared. They outnumber us. They're friends with everybody. They have the upper hand, and there's no doubt that they'd win in a second. Right?

WRONG.

Their power and size is an illusion. They're not really all friends. They make fun of each other behind their backs, just like they do to us. They spread rumors about each other and say that WE did it. Why should we take their crap lying down? Why should we take it at all? If we all stuck together and didn't give in and lose ourselves, we'd outnumber them for sure. Wearing black doesn't make you a goth, and wearing eyeliner doesn't make you emo. We're not their toys, they can't stereotype us like that, and yet they do it anyways. People kill themselves all the time, and it's THEIR FAULT. The preps and jocks. BULLIES ARE MURDERERS. And therefore, they should be treted as such. They should be locked away and possibly be given the death sentence. How is it that murder is against the law, but bullying isn't? They're not any better than us, so why should they act like it? Hell, they're no better than some crazy supervillain from a comic book. I've always been one to rock the boat, and now I'm saying it's time for us to tip it over and drown them in their own sad oppression. The boat's really upside-down the way it is. WE should be the ones on the top. That's how it was supposed to be in the start. I've even got a short story about it, it starts with "Once upon a time" and ends with, "And they, and their children, up until us now, and probably forever, led sad, bleak, meaningless school lives for the rest of their horrible existence. The End." IT SHOULDN'T END LIKE THAT!!! Who's with me? WE NEED TO FIGHT THEM BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!!

My life is my life and I expect to live it out my way. I don't need some snotty rich girl telling me what I can and can't do. If we don't fight, who will? They have NO SOULS, and therefore should be taken down. Power has destroyed them, and in return, they ruined the world. It's hard to explain, but have you ever noticed that High School Musical has NO entertainment value whatsoever? I mean, you put in some slut with too much makeup, a mean girl, and a semi-hot guy or two, ALL OF WHOM CANNOT SING OR ACT, make it a musical, give it a catchy name, and you'll have them eating out of the palms of your hands. Then they'll bite you and you'll get rabies. Like I said, it's hard to explain, but people like Vanessa Hudgens would be nowhere if it wasn't for them. They've made the world a freaking universal scandal, and yet, if you ask them what's going on with the war, or what 9/11 is for, or who started the Holocaust and what it was, they'll have no idea. But if you ask them something about Troy and Gabriella, or whatever their names are, or how to apply what they think is just the right amount of eyeliner, or ask for some obscure fact about Hollister or glitter, they'll just be showing off how "smart" they are. And who cares about the environment, as long as they don't have any flyaways or split ends. Like I said, they're evil and they're destroying the world.

Now, I realize that this may seem like I've just gone off on some random rant. Well, you're just not seeing the big picture. This is about preps and jocks ruling the world. It's not just about bullies, and it's not just about idiots. It's about our world falling apart at the seams because of THEM. Now, if you agree with me, then great! Try to actually DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, because I'm doing everything I can. We have to do SOMETHING, or before you know it, it'll be too late.
