Post your news!
There's something new on GSB!
As many of you maybe have already noticed, it was about time that something's changing on GSB. Now we got something "old" back: the news. From now on every user has the chance to post news about Green Day that will be seen on the front page of GSB: www.geekstinkbreath.net. If you look at the homepage carefully, you can spot a little button that says Suggest News!. If you click there you will be directed to the message board where you can post the latest news about Green Day. If your news is good, it will appear on the front (news) page under Green Day news & updates under your name.
To make sure that everything is working properly, here are some rules:
1. Don't post anything pointless. It has to be real news material and should be put in an article that you wrote yourself.
2. Don't just copy and paste news from other sites. Write the article in your own words. If you use quotes from an article or other source, provide a Link as credit.
3. Please check grammar and spelling before you post your article.
If you have any more questions, you will find answers on the Green Day News Thread on the Message Board. That's also the place where you post your articles.
Now all I can say is: Have fun posting. : - )
P.S. Please check out the Ideas / Suggestions thread on the message board if you want to change something on GSB. You can always share your ideas with fellow GSBians and maybe your ideas will become reality.
