Conservapedia? give me a fucking break
today there was a article on "Conservapedia" in the Chicago tribune I was upset that people think they can go create a purposely biased version of Wikipedia, witch at least tries to be fair.
Lets look at some things this “A conservative encyclopedia you can trust.” Says
First of all, the page on Al Gore has a Criticism section, but president bush who has a 34% approval rating has no mention of Criticism.
If you take a look at the links for Al Gore they are titled
1.“ ↑ 2000 Presidential Election Results
2.↑ Al Gore, Hypocrite
3.↑ [1]
4.↑ More Inconvenient Truths About Al Gore
5.↑ Tennessee Mine Enriched Gore, Scarred Land”
This is clearly biased against Al Gore.
On the article of the unpopular Ann Coulter it says
“her outspokenness against all those who wish to hurt the United States”
You know who’s trying to hurt the united states? People like Ann who think they can accuse anyone who voices there opposition to the US government of being “un-American” that is un American it self because part of why America is great is that you can voice opposition to the government, its called “freedom of speech” and if you don’t like it you can go move to Iran or north Korea.
Here is a very clear lie in the page on France
“Despite evidence that Saddam Hussein was producing chemical and biological weapons which were found and destroyed by US troops”
Do I really need to explain this to you? No we all no that no WMDs were found.

I'm going to assume you were talking to me, sounthernidiot. You are right- it's not fair to use "conservative" as a generalization. Yes, not all conservatives are liars and whatnot. But I wasn't trying to mean all conservatives- just a conservative encyclopedia would be extremely biased, and therefore, be full of lies. A liberal encyclopedia, I'm sure, would be the same way.

I look at the media, and I hear a LOT of good things about Bush. Maybe it's because I live in the uber-conversative state of Indiana, though.
And Ann Coulter is a way more mean than you make her out to be. Calling someone "un-American" is barely an insult from her. She came to my campus to speak. When a girl had asked her what to do about the Democrats, Ann said, "Well, I pray each night that something horrible happens to them."
She's a terrible person.
But what can you expect from a conversative encyclopedia? A bunch of damn lies.
